We use Nattu Kozhi, small onions, Coconut (as mentioned in the video), dry chilly without seeds, curry leave and Turmeric powder. Thats all. We don't use any other items like Ginger, Garlic, I think Turmeric is famous in Erode, people might have started preparing this dish. Actually Chicken pieces also not bigger sizes as mentioned in the video. It should be smaller size like the coconut pieces. in chicken shops, they cut the chickens into smaller pieces for pallipalayam chicken.
