hello ... use your tutorial to disable the keyboard but leave the external keyboard connected .... then I disable the keyboard and when I connect the external keyboard it doesn't work either, what should you do?

Spilled water on my laptop, so it kept pressing a button over and over (various keys). This video worked for me so that I can use the laptop again. Thanks for sharing.

This case is same with my laptop.. its so irritating even it dont allow to type even our name properly

I, too, spilled water on my keyboard and have dealt with stuck keys for months. Uninstalling/disabling devices as other guides perscribed didn't do jack, but this solution worked immediately. Thank you!!

THANK YOU! My keyboard had random keys not working, so I replaced it with a new one, but after a few months, the new one randomly started having stuck keys where it would press the same key over and over until I restarted. Now I'm just using a USB keyboard!

I was skeptical but it works. One of my keys would repeatedly press over and over by itself. If it ends up not working for you enable the on screen keyboard with your mouse to log back in and undo your changes

THANKS SO MUCH MAN! There Was a Problem In My Laptop's Internal Keyboard. The Shift Key Wasn't Stop Working. While Typing numbers I instead type symbols. While opening apps it opens in another window. That was a problem of my internel keyboard. Which also intrupts my external keyboard. This video helped me alot. I liked & subscribed. You deserve it

Finally, this tutorial works for me. I kept browsing the internet looking for answers but those internet tutorial especially Microsoft forum always told me to uninstall ps/2 software at device manager which did not work at all. Luckily I found this video. The only downside is that my touchpad is also disabled but I'll just use a mouse. Thanks man

MY LAPTOP KEYS STOPPED RESPONDING AND I THOUGHT THAT THERE IS AN PROBLEM IN THE HARDWARE BUT THEN I SELECTED A RANDOM HARDWARE IN THE DEVICE MANAGER AND IT IS WORKING FINE NOW THANKS AGAIN❤❤

Oddly enough, this did the trick for me too.
My old laptop had somehow activated several keys so they were actively typing on every window all the time. Might have been a water spill.
You might find that if you simply 'disable' or 'Uninstall' the driver like a lot of other articles/videos suggest, Windows might find the driver and update it on each restart.
This approach permanently disables the keyboard until you choose to reuse it.
