what i wish to know, when using bluetooth keyboard then laptop keyboard automaticaly disables itself, is there an option for it to keep working...

It is a good idea but unfortunately on Win10 it reverts back to the correct driver after a reboot and the internal laptop keyboard remains active. Maybe we need to corrupt the driver files inside the windows folders to be able to stop it.

You can permanently disable it, also the reason why it keeps getting back is the fact that windows on boot scan your drivers and if there is missing itll try to reinstall the said driver which you can also disable this
