was thinking about these for something. might use them as Chaos Spawn in my Sons army. all of my spawns are ex marines who screwed up and got brothers killed or made a mistake. so there all marines with tentacles I made.
not sure about them being a downgrade unless you mean in terms of mutations?? I think they have a decent amount, then the options and then their size. Pretty good replacement kit for the previous ancient kit.

How easy would you say it could be to convert one of these into a Master of Possessions, since the MoP is so hard to find these days?
Pretty tricky as you would need to find a suitable staff and they are in action poses. Good luck brother
If you have yet to get a MoP I recommend the Thousand Sons infernal master as he is the Tsons personal MoP
