    It’s a good thing to film lots of b roll because you should try to never go beyond 8-10 seconds per shot. People get bored easily and switching up the screen can keep them engaged.

    Good point about stating the product price early on. Another point is to state if a product can only be purchased in a certain country.
    I recently watched a video where I was loved the product but discovered during the purchase process it was only available in Canada.

    • @LightTherapyInsiders
      @LightTherapyInsiders ปีที่แล้ว

      Could you argue the point that the price should be withheld until later in the video? Nolan says put the price in early in case it's way over priced for their budget and they can click away.
      But isn't the goal to keep viewers engaged and on the video?
      So wouldn't the price being AFTER key features, pros/cons etc be better? As they will watch all of this first.
      And this isn't a way to exploit a viewer's time or anything like that. In fact you're giving them a chance to learn more about the product. Often I think 'ok I only want to spend $1000 on a particular product. But then after doing some research I realise that really $2000 is what I should be spending to get something that will solve my problem'. So if I saw the product was $2000 at the start i may click away - but if i were to learn more about the product and how good it is etc - THEN i discover it's $2000 - i may actually give it a chance.
      Anyway, thinking out loud now. I came here to learn how to do better reviews for my own channel. I'm thinking I'll use a similar script to Nolan but I may experiment with pushing back the price until later in the piece. Maybe I'll do that for some more high end products?

    Nicely done! Any tips on finding reviewers for your product or service? I have a unique product and it's been difficult to find the right youtuber for it.

    I was wondering if you guys could do a video specifically on reducing background noise of an air conditioner, without having a strange effect on your voice? I normally try not to use it, but New York is HOT the last couple of days. Love Think Media, thanks for doing what you do!
