Gin, that WAS a good spot to hunt...You're right, it doesn't appear to have been previously (or...recently) searched. Wide assortment of finds...mostly modern era... Do you know how old the park is? And the amount of "traffic" it receives? ...must be at least moderate use, judging by your finds... Most of them SHALLOW (< 5-6 inches) ???

That was a good hunt. I really liked the tungsten ring. Tungsten is the only type of ring I wear. It's always great to find jewelry even if it's not real silver or gold. Love your videos, looking forward to the next video. You look awesome, by the way.

ZHi: I noticed that you put the year of the coins you find, i recommend checking the mint mark of each coin, that will help to discovered the value of the coin.
Hi Gin, greetings from south Louisiana. City Park in New Orleans would probably be a great hunt. As far as your coin finds...the 1983 penny had a variety with doubling on the reverse and the 1984 had doubling on the ear lobe. The 1995 also had doubling on the obverse, worth checking if the condition of the coins allow. Happy Hunting!

That is the greenest weed-free grass I have seen for a park, especially this time of year during 100 degree weather! It must be really dry there too bc none of y’all are even drenched! I go out in the 97 degree weather here for 10 minutes and I need a new shirt! 💦
That’s one of the things that’s so nice about hunting out west - no humidity! Your cold drink doesn’t get condensation on it either! I get back home in the south to hunt and feel like I’ve been dunked in the lake.
Great video Gin! That men’s ring is a cool find. I found a couple of tungsten rings last year similar to that one. It’s been 110 plus here for the last month or so and I haven’t been hunting. I'm still trying to get used to my Deus II numbers. I've noticed it doesn't matter what program I'm on, big iron falses and gives a 95 and shows a low probability of it being iron on the scale, so frustrating... I'm considering selling the Deus remote and ordering an ORX remote if I'm still going to have similar falsing issues, I might as well be in for less money.
@LuckyGin I tried it today, still overloading on iron. I figured out how to stop that in a way now, I'm having to run in the lowest frequency and reactivity at 2.5. I'm thinking my coil is bad so I probably will just call XP USA in a few days to see what they think needs to be done. Thank you for the tip though, I'd not have considered changing the XY axis.

Have you tried switching the view to the XY axis? That has helped me more than anything and it’s my favorite feature of the machine.
