Arlechino and nilou are about as strong as him in AoE , some cases better even , navia hu tao and arlechino are the best for bosses , its like he's unmatched DPS in the game or anything lol

Im actually interested in her and the only thing im worried is i have alot of Hydro Characters built (Neuv Yelan Furina Candace Mona and XQ) and seeing her being potentially to be a really strong on field dps and a fun exploration skill it will be hard to control my gambling addiction
If you need any reason to pull, she abuses Candace’s NA buff to the point that Candace might find her 3rd meta team (along with Nilou Bloom and Arle). Candace W everywhere lately
@@akamistifyshes gives a dmg bonus specifically to hydro normal atk dmg, you also get hydro resonance just with her existing too, in this specific team you dont even care about her constellations either (however c1 is preferred)
I think Mualani and Neuvillette are good at what they do. You just choose based on the play style you want Mualani deals higher number with each Forward vape shot but need a little skill to play correctly and better in Solo boss situation Neuvillette is much more easy to play, has self heal, deals consistently Hydro dmg. And push through AOE easily. They are not really power creep just different play style

They could nerf her to only shine in forward vape teams (hydro trigger over pyro aura). Forward vape is still very rare in Genshin and almost impossible to achieve consistently.
I am definitely pullling for her because I liked her as a character and the gameplay seems funny, and she seems really reliable to explore Natlan, but I think I will wait until Mavuika releases to build her properly. I cant' stand using Xiangling for almost every hydro team because her ER requirements are so high, it's almost impossible to play her without Bennett, and I see that Benny won't be very useful for the team besides buffing Xiangling.

At around 9min in you mention the new craftable catalyst being good because it has HP scaling buff to Normal attacks, but I believe it has been reported that Shark Bites are considered elemental skill damage.

She's just like Arlecchino hydro, like yes they beat Neuvillette when it comes to dmg but they're much more difficult to use than Neuvillette who might not deal as much dmg as them but is more versatile than them (could do well again multiple enemies or solo boss) + self healing
Both are good at what they do this is like Xingqiu and Yelan situation neither of them lessened the value of the other. Neuvillette is much more comfortable to use but Mualani will deal better dmg
I'd argue Wanderer's weapon is great on her. Besides the mid level base attack (674 vs 541 vs 740). It has a crit damage substat and gives a lot of normal attack damage bonus which is not wasted. I will probably skip weapon then and see what the calcs are for her constellations
i don't disagree that it'll probably be one of her better 5* weapons, but it's not that great. first, it's not actually mid base attack but high. the standard for 5* is 542 (like her sig and nuev's), 608 (like yae's sig), and 674 (like wanderer's). the 741 base is very high and has only happened on 3 weapons (eula's, shenhe's, and xianyun's). on top of that, the normal attack bonus takes a good amount of time to ramp up, and unlike wanderer she doesn't have long on field time to build it up. again, not saying it's bad overall or anything, but jstern didn't even include it in his early weapon calcs since it's probably only about at good/slightly better than the 4* options (if even). while on that, jstern found her c1 to be about 23% better and c2 was 18%, but keep in mind that it's super early in beta and things might change

Arle and Al also somewhat have nukes but they are still mostly sustained dmg dealers for the most part and their burst usually do other things like al getting instant 3 mirrors and frontloaded dendro application and Arle with frontloaded and emergency heals. Like to me frontloaded+Sustained(Like Arle, Al and Childe) or very high sustained damage(like neuvillette.) feels better than just pure frontloaded or pure backloaded damage.

emile is more versatile, but nilou is stronger. ive brute forced everything in the game with a c0 nilou, including ASIMON in abyss which was made to counter nilou.
Her gameplay is so boring I am going to bed. I hope those who end up rolling her enjoy her and don't regret her boring style down the line like I did with Ganyu, Yae, Cyno and Nilou.
Honestly there should be a Paywall content for C6R5 havers. Killing the same Hilichurl as F2p doesn't cut it. Why because you can 36 star an abyss with only 4 stars it defeats the point of having to C6R5 a character when you can't exercise that power.
Im not a giga whale but I have many vertically invested characters. So you might ask what is the point of investing in one character when you could get way more characters instead, and the answer to that is because overtime I've come to realize that having many "mid" characters doesn't feel good. Take Eula or Cyno, I pulled for them based only on design but have barely ever used them because they feel like sht to play. The way hoyo is designing some of the units is by crippling them at C0 and make early cons their saving grace, and I hate that. But because of that, the way I decided to play the game is to pull few characters but instead try to get some of their early cons or weapon. You can say "whats the point if you're just gonna kill the same hilichurl anyway" and to that I say that many of us players that hyperinvest into characters like speedruning, or just the feeling that our charcaters are becoming more powerful so its not as if we are just throwing money away stubbornly. Trying to get the perfect run or the perfect rotation, just to improve by a few milliseconds, ends up making us play way more than the casual player that just wants to get through. And I gotta say I really enjoy that playstyle and I spend a lot of time in abyss even though I can clear it pretty easily without any thought. Now, do I agree with the way hoyo is doing it? Absolutely not, I think its a scummy move. Should you support a company that does that practice? Prob not, but it is there and some of us are gonna get them regardless because in the end we like the game and the units. What I will say is that, everyone enjoys the game their own way and you shouldn't discredit a whole group of people based on your point of view. Some whales like to have their characters absolutely minmaxed and some... just spend to have everything. That being said, I do agree with the fact that they should add more difficult content, and imaginarium theater simply isn't it. Real disconnect from hoyo there and it goes against my philosophy of trying to get better characters over more characters and honestly the gameplay just... sucks, but hey thats just my opinion, I have seen many players think the same though so idk. This game could be so much more. There could be a leaderboard of sort, or a challenge mode with some restrictions or equal playing field for all players. Imaginarium theater tries to be that but fails at it. Even coop modes could be really cool as some characters play differently in coop...
No, she will not be stronger than Neuvillette. In the beta she is but she will get adjusted, they won't have another Neuvillette controversy with a common surfer girl being stronger than the Hydro Dragon Sovereign. Kazuha is a better general pick but Venti is still the king I'm his niche. I say this because that's is usually the "go to" to counter what I say
And in terms of new characters, Kinich has her best in popularity so more people will pull for him instead of her. Mualani is probably the least anticipated character out of Kinich, Kazuha, and Raiden
To be honest I feel less and less excited by the day with natlan. Firstly, they've been giving characters talents that will be useless forever once you leave their respective nations: furina, linette, fremineth, neuvilette and siegewine (funding local specialties talents and expedition talents aren't bad because you'll eventually need them at some point). Then every character seems more and more complicated and more specific. I miss the times where you could just say "character goes brrrr" and have fun without having to plan that much.
Honestly i really think alot of her issues will be solved by the pyro archon, seeing how both mualani in kinich rely heabily on pyro reaction and seeing the new reaction support set im almost 100% certain that she will be a good buffer with cracked pyro application like imagine the team mualani, furina, xiangling and bennett but bennett has cracked pyro application and buffs mualani i think she will make her gameplay way more consistent and i honestly think she could powercreep neuviltte but like you said probably only by on paper damage, Neuvilettes aoe and comfort to play will probably still remain unmatched but if mualani stays the monster she currently is im kinda scared of how strong enemies in the abyss will be
Furina doesn’t even work well with her because making the most out of her kit relies on HP decrease and increase. And plus based on the Pyro Archon’s hit she could hypothetically also give Neuvillette a buff as well

@@chokeolatte ik but mualani benefits from vape 10x times more than neuviletter, first off her multipliers are way higher making vaporize on it more valuable than on neuvilette, secondly her BIS also gets buffs according to how much vaporizes you trigger making mualani benefit even more from consistent vaporizes, also considering that the artifacts only benefit natlan charackters there could be a chance that mavuika also has some natlan exclusive buffs in order to further buff natlan charackters without buffing their base power compared to other units and another aspect to consider when comparing her to neuvilette is that she fires missles to marked enemies that deal the same damages as her enhanced normal attack up to five enemies making her aoe effect up to 5 opponents wich still is nothing compared to neuvilette but seeing the new 5.0 abyss in almost every chamber there are a maximum of 3 enemies and mostly just one enemy with a maximum of 2 waves with mostly just one wave chambers appearing also playing into mualanis favour

its an option if you have it, but with weapons like sac jade available, its hard to recommend it over the bp weapon

I think the reason why she so strong because she can Max the potential of Vaporize, because there's no Hydro DPS can make a great DMG from Vaporize, and you know vaporize can double the Hydro DMG, and Pyro just 1.5, Hydro DPS like Tartaglia or Ayato cant max vaporize DMG, and now Hoyo realized that so they make Char that can max vaporize DMG...
Probably gonna pull her for a nilou team even tho it wont buff her full damage i would use her just for covering single target in nilou teams and consistant hydro app without taking xingqiu from my arlechinno

emile is more versatile, but nilou is stronger. ive brute forced everything in the game with a c0 nilou, including ASIMON in abyss which was made to counter nilou.

Honestly there should be a Paywall content for C6R5 havers. Killing the same Hilichurl as F2p doesn't cut it. Why because you can 36 star an abyss with only 4 stars it defeats the point of having to C6R5 a character when you can't exercise that power.
Im not a giga whale but I have many vertically invested characters. So you might ask what is the point of investing in one character when you could get way more characters instead, and the answer to that is because overtime I've come to realize that having many "mid" characters doesn't feel good. Take Eula or Cyno, I pulled for them based only on design but have barely ever used them because they feel like sht to play. The way hoyo is designing some of the units is by crippling them at C0 and make early cons their saving grace, and I hate that. But because of that, the way I decided to play the game is to pull few characters but instead try to get some of their early cons or weapon.
You can say "whats the point if you're just gonna kill the same hilichurl anyway" and to that I say that many of us players that hyperinvest into characters like speedruning, or just the feeling that our charcaters are becoming more powerful so its not as if we are just throwing money away stubbornly. Trying to get the perfect run or the perfect rotation, just to improve by a few milliseconds, ends up making us play way more than the casual player that just wants to get through. And I gotta say I really enjoy that playstyle and I spend a lot of time in abyss even though I can clear it pretty easily without any thought.
Now, do I agree with the way hoyo is doing it? Absolutely not, I think its a scummy move. Should you support a company that does that practice? Prob not, but it is there and some of us are gonna get them regardless because in the end we like the game and the units.
What I will say is that, everyone enjoys the game their own way and you shouldn't discredit a whole group of people based on your point of view. Some whales like to have their characters absolutely minmaxed and some... just spend to have everything.
That being said, I do agree with the fact that they should add more difficult content, and imaginarium theater simply isn't it. Real disconnect from hoyo there and it goes against my philosophy of trying to get better characters over more characters and honestly the gameplay just... sucks, but hey thats just my opinion, I have seen many players think the same though so idk. This game could be so much more. There could be a leaderboard of sort, or a challenge mode with some restrictions or equal playing field for all players. Imaginarium theater tries to be that but fails at it. Even coop modes could be really cool as some characters play differently in coop...

No, she will not be stronger than Neuvillette. In the beta she is but she will get adjusted, they won't have another Neuvillette controversy with a common surfer girl being stronger than the Hydro Dragon Sovereign.
Kazuha is a better general pick but Venti is still the king I'm his niche. I say this because that's is usually the "go to" to counter what I say
And in terms of new characters, Kinich has her best in popularity so more people will pull for him instead of her.
Mualani is probably the least anticipated character out of Kinich, Kazuha, and Raiden
To be honest I feel less and less excited by the day with natlan. Firstly, they've been giving characters talents that will be useless forever once you leave their respective nations: furina, linette, fremineth, neuvilette and siegewine (funding local specialties talents and expedition talents aren't bad because you'll eventually need them at some point). Then every character seems more and more complicated and more specific. I miss the times where you could just say "character goes brrrr" and have fun without having to plan that much.
Honestly i really think alot of her issues will be solved by the pyro archon, seeing how both mualani in kinich rely heabily on pyro reaction and seeing the new reaction support set im almost 100% certain that she will be a good buffer with cracked pyro application like imagine the team mualani, furina, xiangling and bennett but bennett has cracked pyro application and buffs mualani i think she will make her gameplay way more consistent and i honestly think she could powercreep neuviltte but like you said probably only by on paper damage, Neuvilettes aoe and comfort to play will probably still remain unmatched but if mualani stays the monster she currently is im kinda scared of how strong enemies in the abyss will be
Furina doesn’t even work well with her because making the most out of her kit relies on HP decrease and increase.
And plus based on the Pyro Archon’s hit she could hypothetically also give Neuvillette a buff as well
@@AmbroseVermillion she probably will but its just that neuvilette will just get a straight damage buff meanwhile mualanis problems like the vape problem will probably be completly solved wich makes her better than how she will perform in 5.0 and the pyro archon could also potentially be a healer in order to fully powercreep bennett even though i can see them creating an anti synergy between her and furina in order to not make them the strobgest team core there is, furina could probably be replaced by yelan in that case since she has good off field damage while giving mualani some dmg bonus so yeah i can see the point of furina not really working with her if the pyro archon turns out to not also be a healer but only time can tell

@@chokeolatte ik but mualani benefits from vape 10x times more than neuviletter, first off her multipliers are way higher making vaporize on it more valuable than on neuvilette, secondly her BIS also gets buffs according to how much vaporizes you trigger making mualani benefit even more from consistent vaporizes, also considering that the artifacts only benefit natlan charackters there could be a chance that mavuika also has some natlan exclusive buffs in order to further buff natlan charackters without buffing their base power compared to other units and another aspect to consider when comparing her to neuvilette is that she fires missles to marked enemies that deal the same damages as her enhanced normal attack up to five enemies making her aoe effect up to 5 opponents wich still is nothing compared to neuvilette but seeing the new 5.0 abyss in almost every chamber there are a maximum of 3 enemies and mostly just one enemy with a maximum of 2 waves with mostly just one wave chambers appearing also playing into mualanis favour
