+Surprised James You mean: The ending of the video explaining about boo made me cry, I don't why but its probably because I just miss being a kid and it gives me memories. I just don't understand why it makes me cry.
Hey, this is the thing I wrote. Nice job Evyatar :D Your voice almost sounds like mine. In case anyone is wondering, the theory has grown a lot since I first wrote it, so not everything in the video is up-to-date. That said, I have a book coming out where this whole thing is fully fleshed out. For hardcore Pixar fans only! And anyone else, of course.
Icebears4ever No, it is not the same as The Pixar Detective. It will be the full version of the theory with more evidence, easter eggs, and connections I've made since I wrote the first theory. It'll walk through each movie and specifically talk about how they fit together in one story.
I think far fetched is a very appropriate word. It was a pretty huge leap to go from "humans and animals repopulating the earth" to "THEY EVOLVED INTO MONSTERS"
I think it's obvious that Pixar tries to link its movies together. However, this theory doesn't hold itself. If the witch/boo invented the magic that eventually leads to the monster world, how could boo travel in time thanks to a technology she would have invented herself? The chain reaction would have never started and the monster world wouldn't exist.
Well it seems the monsters already knew how to use magic so it would make sense in the fact that when boo witnessed this she would try to learn magic. there is no point saying she invented it but it was magic made by the whisp (which is what helps the theory.) not Boo.
***** yeah but boo was the one who exploited the magic of the whisps to perfect her time travelling leading to bears and everything else. The whisps on their own wouldn't have caused anything if it weren't for boo coming back in time to make that discovery (thanks to that very discovery).
June C well I guess it really depends if Boo actually found her way back to the monsters point of time. since there is no way we can tell she ever got back to the monster time line there is a missing piece in the theory that proves or disproves it.
***** I'm sorry, I don't quite understand your reasoning. She wouldn't have been able to travel back in time in the first place because of the whole not starting the chain reaction thing so she never would have been able to time travel let alone go back to the monster world.
Why would Boo spend her whole life trying to find her way back to Sulley when at the end of Monster's Inc they fix her door and are reunited? They seem to have glossed over the fact that Boo and Sulley are reunited at the end or am I missing something?
+Douglas O They probably weren't reunited for long, the monster world would probably have a lot of things to say about Sully doing that and risking the exposure of their world to the human world. Since we assume the doors let you time travel, anything that can affect Boo's world (the past) in a certain way may alter the monster world (the future) in an unpredictable fashion. In fact, this was probably why the door was ordered to be shredded initially. Due to all this Sully was forced to destroy the door for good, that would explain why Boo spends her whole life trying to find Sully.
+coder49 I think that Boo was very young when she met Sully. So maybe after they were reunited, she didn't remember that well so Sully was an idea to her. You know, like an memory she couldn't quite explain. So as she grew older, she started trying to make sure all these memories weren't made up her head. (Therefore she makes door and such and Brave). So I think that's why the ending of Monster's Inc. doesn't quite complete the puzzle.
So we have established that's sully can travel back in time, I think boo had already grown up in search of sully, and then sully went back to when she was young, which basically creates two dimensions.
I remember that in some part of Monsters Inc. someone said that the kids stopped getting scared by the monsters because of TV and shit. So they were trying to find better ways (like sucking the screams out of them with that weird machine at the end) So, if they were traveling back in time, why not travel back in time again to the times were kids did got scared?
hailey guerena Well It's not like if they went back in time they would scare the same children, numbskull, they would scare new children that have not been scared before.
My friend, do you remember "The Child Detection Agency" (CDA) in Monsters, Inc. If you take a look back you would know: the CDA try to avoid the posible chances that Human knows and influents Monster's life because their energy is gained from human's emotion and it is dangerous. For example, when Boo cried, all the light becames unstable and it even got worse when she laughed. The Monster experienced from that and lower the risk; they only gain the energy from children, so the adult won't know their existence. In additional, children are usually harmless and scream for their parents to protect them instead of using a gun to shoot the s**t out of Monster. That's why it is called CDA but not HDA. On the other hand, they also make monsters to believe that Human is dangerous, duhh. And now, based on this wonderful theory, the CDA won't allow that "Fear Machine" to work because it would be a big risk for interfering with the past and everything could be F**ked up. The worst case could happen is the Monster will not exist at all. Choosing a different period of time is maybe an option, but what if they cannot or the time they choose is safety enough for them to do the job. Remember, it is just an energy company so it needs approvement from government or at least the CDA to choose an period of time or methods to get the energy. Oh well, I can only explain it like this, anyway, you don't need logic to love a good movie, do you? :)
Ari Garibaldo It actually takes place in a paralel timeline where dinosaurs didnt go extinct, it doesnt have a connection with the timeline in the pixar theory
actually the creator of the pixar theory talked about how the entire pixar universe is on the time line in which the good dinosaur takes place. The world where the astroid misses is the world of pixar. Here's a link to his sight where he talks about it. jonnegroni.com/2015/12/03/the-pixar-theory-part-3-the-good-dinosaur/
5:45 it's a tree......of-course its gonna look the same -.- Also are you telling me that a little girl in ancient Scotland has a night lamp (using electricity) nice white painted walls and a plastic basketball in her room?....yeh right....
i think you got that wrong. the witch is (or is gonna be) boo in the far future. she tries to meet sully again through a "time-door" and lands in ancient scotland
I would say not really. The theory/fact that an already sad ending to Monsters Inc. is actually the pivotal moment in all of both the plot and message in the Pixar universe is crazy, grand, and may incite emotion. Genius, Pixar is.
In Toy Story, the only reason the toys went up against Syd was because of Woody. Not on their own accord. But. It's like with Frozen, The Little Mermaid, and Tangled. Elsa and Anna's parent's went off to their cousins wedding (Rapunzel) who they had to take a boat over seas to do so and they ran into a bad storm. But in The Little Mermaid you see their parents ship under water. In Frozen you can clearly see brown haired Rapunzel and Engine walking across the bridge to the court yard past Anna. But Elsa's and Anna's parents didn't die. They later washed up on shore and gave birth to a son whos name would have been Tarzan. Then later they were killed by a wild cat.
Rapunzel was at Elsa's coronation she appeared shortly after Anna ran out the gate during the song "For The First Time In Forever" she just wasn't seen after that
ajay crisp Wow, Just looked over my download, yeah, I recognized her without assistance of the Internet (of course I check after though). Wow, how rude of Anna though to not greet "her cousin." I would imagine that even if they weren't related, royalty would be well acquainted with other royalty and unless you are intentionally trying to create bad relations, you would always be good and respectful.
interesting theory. but i think there are big holes in it... for example, how is a "toy" is considered a "machine". and how can "Cars" and "WallE" be in the same time frame but their worlds look completely different? and what happened to all the humans after "WallE" but before "Monsters Inc"?
I didn't get that toy part but in WALL-E humans were in space for a very long time alredy so the story cars probably happened between the humans leaving the planet and coming back after WALL-E brought them
But the humans left in WALL-E because he world is so polluted and this is not the case in Cars. That's what doesn't make sense. The Cars world is still very clean and has plenty of plants.
Here you go 1) Toys are considered machines as they use "Zero point energy" that Symdrome introduces. It is an invisible source of energy, that some theorise to be from the emotions on the humans (reference to inside out). That's why without humans, toys don't come to life, and that's why the axiom's A.I survived so long 2)He mentioned it wrongly. WallE happened after Cars but at the beginning of the 700yrs that The people were board the Axiom. At this time, the human population has decreased greatly, that's why the cars face an beefy crisis when relying on Fuel. The earth is not too polluted yet. But my guess is that the humans couldn't survive the intense gas on the earth but the cars could. The toxic gas was the first major pollutant to hit the earth. 3) the humans either suffered from the radiation on earth and became monsters or just evolved into them. This was another wrongly mentioned point by the narrator. The original theory doesn't state that the monsters came from animals.
maybe the cars polluted the world again so much that all the plants died, but I suppose that isn't the case since the world is pretty much untouched since humans left when the Axiom comes back
You missed some big parts. The battery that operates Buzz Lightyear? Buy-n-Large. What does the old lady in Brave continually sculpt? Bears. Not 100% agreeing with the theory but I think Pixar did had some intentions in making connections in their stories, even if it meant to be done on the go. They had more fun hiding stuff in their movies, like the street of their first studio in CA in Toy Story 3, when coming to create "random numbers" 95 is often used to poke fun at Lightning McQueen's number, or 237 to refer to "room 237" pointing to Unkrich's favorite film "the shining". But don't get too psyched because you simply notice something in the movie, it can just be Pixar fucking with you. They might even be watching this and thinking "Wow, I didn't even think of that one." I switch my fellow programmer's wireless keyboard or delete semicolons while they're in the bathroom. Sitting in front of the computer all day bores the fuck out of your mind. You always need something evil up your sleeves to keep yourself sane in there.
GoldTheWriter everyone in the movie had an American Accent and spoke English, as did Boo with the few words she did....also just looking at her room, a cowgirl doll (only really common in America), and I believe she had writing on her walls or signs in her room that were in English
ILIKECHOCOLATEPIEmmm You do realize people in Scotland also speak English right? And she was way too young to have much of an accent, and even if she did that could easily be chocked up to the casting decision. And, despite Cowboy's being a fairly american thing, doesn't mean only americans like them. Red Dead Redemption wouldn't have been a huge success if people in other countries didn't like cowboys, now would it?
I have a theory on how Inside Out and The Good Dinosaur fit in. Inside Out fits in when the animals start developing emotions. However, some animals aren't smart enough to have multiple emotions, so some have one. When the animals get smart enough, they start growing in humans head, just like in the game The Last of Us. When this happens, they have the one emotion bugs stay in the humans head, because they need to get rid of the not intelligent animals. However, the animals in the heads eventually get smart enough to grow super powers, which is why humans get super powers.
The Good Dinosaur fits in after Monsters Inc. where some of the other kids have gone through the doors, threating the system leading to anarchy in the Monster world. Most of the children who sneek through the doors eventually die from living in a world where they don't have parents. However, some children survive, in which they become complete physcopaths, which explains the kids dog like behavior. The dinosaur in the story is an animal born in the anarchy time, where the Monster world has fallen down, which means the dinosaur is a monster. This explains why the dinosaur can't survive without there parents, and needs help from the kid because he grew up where he was protected by his parents, and the kid has already learned the lesson.
That ending though...the love part......got to me............love binds the pixar theory......................and in the end, they both meet...touching.
Idk bout everyone else but I agree with you and being an 18 year old male growing up watching these movies.. I cried a little at the end of this video. Probably because it was the ending of my favorite Pixar movie by far or because I love movies with a great story and this video had one hell of a story(theory)
i think i got the whole timeline if you don't get it let me explain (mind you that it's not right or wrong it's just for fun, i also added a few things): The Witch from Brave turns Merida’s mother into a bear still having the personality of her mother this result to the very first animal with human behaviors. After a while The Witch experiments with many other animals coming up with the most successful Ratatouille, a rat that takes control of a human. Skinner finds out about the rat and ends up telling Charles F. Muntz who uses this for his voyage in creating a device that makes any animal understandable, to help him find the Beast of Paradise Falls. This massive experimentation humans are doing on animals makes the relationship between the two more hateful. Thus resulting in the Industrial Revolution with BNL playing a big part in it and ultimately being control by machines. After a while pollution started to grow more dangerously and animals tried to stop humans from polluting. This just made humans use machines against the animals resulting into the machines taking over and making earth a wasteland. Sending humans to space and controlling them for their revenge. In The Incredible a machine turns on its creator and starts destroying everything hitting the start of the hatred on humans. Toy Story explains further why machines hates humans, and just like animals humans neglected and took advantage of the machines for many years thus making BNL. Earth became inhabited without humans but instead with machines, machines adapted the human behaviors and became a society as seen in Cars. But because of earths harsh climates, massive storms and erosion. These machines couldn't survive without humans so these human behaving machines either died out or moved up into space where the humans were. Resulting into the only machine left who can stand everything; Wall-E. Wall-E’s personality and out of the box thinking helped him survive on earth but with the fascination he had on humans he strive to bring humans back to earth. When he succeeds the humans try to make earth a better place by planting the only living plant, this plant becomes the tree in A Bug’s Life. In A Bug’s Life it hints that there are little to no humans in earth that’s because it’s been only a few years after humans return to earth but bugs survived the wasteland resulting into more bugs on earth. After a while humans, machines, and animals mostly bugs started repopulating the earth. The earth’s harsh climate and mutated environment made it hard for animals and humans to live. Bringing them to either extinction or mutation through time, and ended up creating a new species called monsters. Monsters are the next species living in earth and have lived in harmony with machines creating a time traveling device. Monsters use this to go back in time when humans roamed the earth to scare humans to use for their fuel when they found out screams can fueled there world. Sully meets Boo, a human girl who time traveled into the future with Sully, they become friends and when she is set back to her time she tries hard to see him again. Resulting into becoming a witch and accidentally traveling back in in time when she wanted to go to the future. In the past Boo tries to find out the source of magic which was The Will of the Wisps, The magic that started everything. She uses this on doors to time travel through the doors to different years resulting in experimentation on animals. But ending up back in the time when she was a little girl but after she met sully, turned herself into a little girl again and waited until Sully comes through the closet to see her again. She knew at that moment in time Sully was going to come through the closet to see her. Because when she was time traveling she came across this moment in time and saw that Sully came through the door but saw no one was there. So she traveled back in time a few moments before Sully came through the door turned herself into a girl again because that’s how Sully remembered Boo and waited until he came through the door. Let me know if I left some parts out or something.
Did no one think of this? If it indeed is Boo, who went back in time and became a witch, isn't it she who caused the power struggle between humans, animals and machines? Which means that it was Boo who indirectly caused animals and machines to gain conscience, which lead to the birth of monsters. This means that it is because of Boo, that Sulley was born. This is impossible since It was because of Sulley, that Boo started time-travelling in the first place. Its a never ending spiral. Its like asking which came first: the chicken or the egg
Well explained by Stewie in Family guy when he accidentally created the universe, the Universe created him so he could create it. It's a non ending loop
Before I used to be afraid to look or hear at theories, but after watching this theory, I feel like not all theories ruin choldhoods or feelings towards something, but expan on that feeling and curiosity. Thank you for providing this awsome theory.
5:43 mark: "...it grows to be [a] huge tree that surprisingly resembles the main tree in 'Bug's Life'...." Yeah, in that's they're both TREES. In that sense, it resembles EVERY TREE in existence, in that it has a trunk and a canopy filled with leaves. Aside from that, they look nothing alike. The trunk of the WALL-E tree is short and wide in proportion to the canopy, whereas the one in "A Bug's Life" is not. The former is mostly straight, whereas the latter is a bit twisty. The latter has a big knot, or hole on its left side, whereas the former has no such feature. To say that one resembles the other is like saying that Lindsay Lohan resembles Muhammad Ali, since they're both people.
That point made is only an add-on to the other evidence of the theory, the tree also isn't actually the same tree in my opinion. It's an Easter egg like A113 or the pizza planet truck. The tree also appears toy story 2 and Up. So...yah
It was cited as evidence to bolster the theory. Because the reasoning behind it was shoddy, it shouldn't have been. Whether you call an "add-on" or whatever is beside this point. And no, it's not an Easter Egg, for the exact same reason. The truck and number sequence are clear. The similarity between the two trees is just plain false.
Maybe the tree from A Bug's Life is the tree in the end of Wall-E but it hadn't gotten that big just yet. Maybe the end of Wall-E was decades or even a century later than the events of A Bug's Life because still at that time, humans weren't as abundant.
That's why Brave is my favorite Pixar movie... No machines, no waste lands, no polution, no futuristic technology that can destroy us in some way. Just people, animals and a little bit of magic, the only thing I 'd personally prefer to exist in real life. No need for weird creatures and future robots to impress the viewer. Just a beautiful film in a stunning land and a nice moral. Plus I find the Boo-Witch connection quite cute and interesting 😊
There is a theory that kinda goes into that. They find each other again at the end of the movie but in time Sully has to stop seeing her (why? they don't explain). so that's why Boo becomes the witch to find Sully because that's her best friend.
claro pe , estoy arto de esos tontos comentando siempre la misma estupides y para el colmo los mismos comentarios repetidos por diferentes usuarios . supongo que seran niños ratas o algo por el estilo
"No People Or Animals Left on the planet" at 5:09 That's not all true, the CockRoach in Wall-e Is an omnivorous animal so it's technically an animal LIKE FOR PEOPLE TO SEE
suscriptor de DROSS que viene a ver este video simplemente por que estaba en la descripción de un video de él hablando del mismo tema pero no tan bien explicado reportandose ahora ._.7
Wow. All I can say is wow. The fact that u took the time to peice all these movies together is so cool. I would have never thought about any of that. What a creative, imaginative, and fascinating theory this is.
I never said anything about fun I love Pixar movies in fact toy story and monsters inc are my 2 all time favorite movies. However this theory is simply just stretched and overthought to the point where it is just stupid.
If Boo is the cause of all this, then I have to say, this theory doesn't hold water. According to this, the reason there are monsters is because Boo messed with the past and caused machines and animals to gain intelligence, but...if it wasn't for the monsters, Boo would never find out about their world and would never go to the past and mess everything up; which does not make any sense. To explain why, I will make an analogy. Saying that Boo is the cause of the monsters that caused her is like saying you gave birth to your parent that gave birth to you, doesn't make any sense does it?
That's the point it's a never ending spiral. Boo caused the birth of monsters; when the monsters caused Boo to become a witch. Imagine "back to the future" If Marty didn't go back to the past then his mother would have given him a different name, but then Marty wouldn't even be in the past if his mother didn't give birth to him in the first place. It's time traveling. Logic can't apply to it...yet.
The monsters were destined to happen. When boo traveled through time as the witch, she learned the timeline and figured out what she needed to do to maintain the future, creating a loop meaning that time in Pixar movies is irrelevant and different events could be inserted in at anytime (new movies). Luckily boo is there to maintain the timeline and to make sure that she still meets sully as a little girl.
+noisy boyyy most of them find a spot in the Pixar theory, if you want to see how other movies like inside out and the good dinosaur fit into the Pixar theory go to the super carlin brothers channel, they have great explanations
Stupid speak. When human gone, another species will take over the world. Properly "that species" will become "cancer of this planet" basic on this theory. Stop complaining yourself and start your green work if you want to stay less likely a "cancer",
Only Syndrome and his company knew of Zero Point energy. The humans who made BnL didn't use it but their machines learnt it on their own. That's why the Axiom survived with humans on board
Ian Sin a) The theory says BnL was of machines, not humans. b) S was arrested by humans, and his stuff got analysed. So there's no reason why everyone would not use Zero point Energy. c) Let's assume BnL 's machine used Zero point Energy. That'd mean Cars and all Living Vehicle would use it. But they used gasoline instead. Your hypothesis failed. d) Axiom used solar energy, not zero point energy, thank you very much.
***** on a secret island no one knew about except for some goons and that lady, but they would be incriminated for being associated with all those superhero murders, also it did not seem like there was an alternative way to get off the island beside that rocket
One question: why weren't super heroes a thing in any other movie than incredibles? Sure, they can't be everywhere and all, but isn't it odd that they aren't even mentioned in Toy Story, Up, Ratatouille, inside out, etc?
+J Giesen (NerdWana) Because the Pixar Theory is just a theory of some guy's imagination. It's not an official Pixar thing, so it could be that none of the movies are actually tied together, thus the Supers aren't in any other movies.
Thank you for making this video. Whenever I'm sad, I watch this and feel happy again. This is absolutely beautiful and amazing and makes me feel like now, going into my teenage years, my childhood is complete and happy. Every confused or lonely person should watch this.
Michel Murengezi because it's gljust Gish darn too much fun and too tempting not to...... you must admit this makes a whole Lotta sense and sensibility.... you
Here's my issue with this theory. While it's heat up until the monsters part (I'll explain later) it has a flaw. So recently watching monsters inc in the movie there is a mention of a "scream shortage" and how "children don't get scared like they used to" with this time travel seems impossible in this universe. How are children harder to scare these days if you have literally every day to choose from. My theory is that after the events of wall-e humans took refuge on another planet, colonised, and continued as if it were just normal earth again while the monsters yes did take over the original earth now instead of traveling to different times they are traveling to another planet as she travels through time she leaves these trinkets from her past life or things she's picked up along the way. This would explain why the children's rooms seemed more dated in MU and more modern in monsters inc. when boo is trying to find sully opening and closing doors she merely stumbles upon time travel instead of space travel. "But what happens with all that scfi stuff?" I hear you ask well with the humans knowing robots and AI are dangerous they go back to a more late 90s early 2000s style of technology (not too advanced). What happens next is still up in the air but that's just my slight change to this theory. But please feel free to pick at me and point out plot holes in my theory. I'm just glad you read this much. Thanks :) Ps. If you have some sort of place you feel I should post this please feel free to tell me.
taylor asmah Perhaps there is a limited supply of days in the past to choose from. Thus when they say that children are harder to scare these days, they are in fact referring to days in the past they have not yet visited. They already used up the days when children were scared easily they are only left with days in which the children have already become adapted to the monster's scare tactics. Of course this presupposes that their is only one past timeline...
However, in monsters inc, they have a map of where the doors lead to, and that map is of earth and not another planet. Additionally they mention near the end that a door leads to "Napal, nice quiet Napal"... I which is where the abominable snowman was, and where sully uses a closet door to get back to the monster world. So, doubt humans were on another planet
Also remember that when your back in time and change something, such as scaring a child, this affects the rest of the timeline. Perhaps with so many monster scares and growing attention of it, some children have developed bravery of it overtime since it became something commonplace rather than a rare occurrence. That's probably why they were harder to scare because by going back in time constantly and writing "monster scares in the bedroom" in the history books, kids were no longer as scared.
I think your theory is very accurate. In brave theres an Easter Egg in the witches hut in which theres a carving of Sully. It all make sense now... Boo is Illuminati!
The problem is that without the witch (Boo) none of this would have ever happened. Without her creating the higher intelligence animals then the monsters would never have been, and then Boo would never had been inspired to time travel using magical doors. You are trying to use a cause after the effect...
That's the whole thing with time, it's a loop. The ending ultimately creates the beginning. Like a clock, the end of a day is 24 hours but 24:00 is 12:00 am which is actually the first hour of a new day not the last hour of the present day.
But the days still go on in order... The 2nd day doesn't happen after the 3rd. Time doesn't loop at all, in fact it would be a straight line or a branching time line if you believe in alternate time lines based on decisions everyone makes everyday. 12 am on any given day isn't a restart of the old day, but the start of a new one. A previous day cannot be altered by a future day.
Dane Robinson True but there are loops in time as well in which the universe's end event leads to the beginning event. Similar to what you said about branches of time influenced by peoples different decisions, one of those decisions lead to this loop effect.
Time is singular. The argument in question is unavoidable, It would be like going back in time and becoming your own grandpa, there is no observable beginning or end to the loop in time.
Who's to say that time isn't a loop? Who's to say you can't have a cause after an effect? We have no idea how time travel into the past works until we study it ourselves. Maybe loops like this already exist in our universe and we just don't know it yet! I could be right or wrong. But we have no way to tell, so anything is fair game. Especially in a fictitious theory.
Dude u know what... U opened my eyes... I had different views.. I saw almost all the pixars movie but i never had the idea like urs... Great salute to ur cast and crew......👍🙏🙏
***** but the pizza delivery truck from toy story is in the transition clip in a bugs life so explain that? what they found a possibly 2000 year old vehicle that just so happens to be what looks like a 90s pickup
So, the Monsters Inc. era comes after the Wall-E era, right? Well, you seem to be basing the time-traveling thing in Monsters Inc. off of the assumption that the monsters alone inhabit Earth, without any people. But at the end of Wall-E, the humans all get off the spaceship and repopulate and refurnish the Earth. So why would monsters go back in time to scare children if there are real children on the same planet with them who are just as scare-able? This seems to be the biggest plot hole in the conspiracy. The rest is really cool, though.
How? That makes the most sense out of the entire video. Boo escapes to the future and when she does she realizes what the FUTURE is. Then before "the future" because of her connection with Sully she tries to make her own doors to find him before people start living in space. The doors she made unfortunately failed. The failed doors are the doors Meredeth went through and kept arriving in some room. But Boo kept trying.

Pixar is either thinking, "Damnit! They figured it out!"
or "Wow... they're just movies, people!"
Or thinking 'We should fuck it all up for them, destroy their little logics'
All this movie connected together to form one whole story
+Dimitri Sanchez (08Cheeseits) It may seem retarded but is #FACT!!!!!
+Michael Carter Okay, if it is a fact, then how can you prove it? PROVE IT, PROVE IT TO ME THAT IS A FACT. PROOOOOOOOVE IT!!!!
Jean Dutra I don't need to prove ANYTHING!!! to fake spammer trolls like you, check it out for yourself and search for (The Pixar Theory)
the person failed to mention the Sulley carving in the Witch's house that ties all of this together.
Well that is some serious shit. Never actually saw that!
Omg! You're right!
damn it when are they going to reference the jumping lamp
Sulley doesn't tie anything together. It's just a Sulley carving implicated for, get this, no reason at all.
***** Yes but easter eggs is what made the Pixar theory possible in the first place!
one word that can describe this: beautiful
wopwopkross here’s some actual words to describe it. What? Stupid. Shit. Waste of time. Makes no sense. Horrible.
This gave me the chills no joke

Hey, this is the thing I wrote. Nice job Evyatar :D Your voice almost sounds like mine.
In case anyone is wondering, the theory has grown a lot since I first wrote it, so not everything in the video is up-to-date. That said, I have a book coming out where this whole thing is fully fleshed out. For hardcore Pixar fans only! And anyone else, of course.
Congrats on the upcoming book *****!
When is your book coming out?
No release date yet, but hopefully before the New Year.
***** Good luck! Also is this The Pixar Detective in book form or something new? Will you be able to buy the book on Amazon?
Icebears4ever No, it is not the same as The Pixar Detective. It will be the full version of the theory with more evidence, easter eggs, and connections I've made since I wrote the first theory. It'll walk through each movie and specifically talk about how they fit together in one story.
So if I take a shit in the woods and it somehow becomes a sentient being, will that connect me to this theory too? #Kappa
#Pakka Akka Wakka Mikka Pakka Moo google it ;)
WAKA WAKA Who wants to hear a funny ass Joke?
Meeeeehhhh
Only if you were animated by Pixar in the process. :D

Long live the Pizza Planet Truck
xD
That truck was inside frozen too
@@Olmikelaaawry no it wasn't. Frozen is NOT a pixar movies. And the the truck only appears in pixar movies. Get it right.
June C you have a point
Why would Boo spend her whole life trying to find her way back to Sulley when at the end of Monster's Inc they fix her door and are reunited? They seem to have glossed over the fact that Boo and Sulley are reunited at the end or am I missing something?
I think Sully was just able to get to Boo one time.
Or maybe he visited her before she became a witch and she could never him again so she tried to see him and became a witch.
I remember that in some part of Monsters Inc. someone said that the kids stopped getting scared by the monsters because of TV and shit. So they were trying to find better ways (like sucking the screams out of them with that weird machine at the end)
So, if they were traveling back in time, why not travel back in time again to the times were kids did got scared?
hailey guerena Well It's not like if they went back in time they would scare the same children, numbskull, they would scare new children that have not been scared before.
hailey guerena You are just like a christian going through every possible way to prove your bible interpretation is right.

Chelsea. R. Sorry, english it's not my native language.
well this is mind blowing
joanna lopez how.
Then The Good Dinosaur fucks up everything
It is about a dinosaur, it takes place first.
+Alex Calabrese No the movie is all about a what if not an actual movie connected to the theory!
+Ari Garibaldo it's about humans and animals interacting the first time ... Maybe ... Idk
5:45 it's a tree......of-course its gonna look the same -.-
Also are you telling me that a little girl in ancient Scotland has a night lamp (using electricity) nice white painted walls and a plastic basketball in her room?....yeh right....
i think you got that wrong.
the witch is (or is gonna be) boo in the far future. she tries to meet sully again through a "time-door" and lands in ancient scotland
pretty sure no trees loo the same
How wrong You are
I'm doing an essay on this.
It's really fun so far! I'm giving all credit to Jo Negroni!
Is it bad that I cried at the end of this?
I didn't cry but I started getting a little emotional so no it's not bad
+gggrrraaaccceee35 depends on why you cried
I would say not really. The theory/fact that an already sad ending to Monsters Inc. is actually the pivotal moment in all of both the plot and message in the Pixar universe is crazy, grand, and may incite emotion. Genius, Pixar is.
gggrrraaaccceee35 yes
I cried too
In Toy Story, the only reason the toys went up against Syd was because of Woody.
Or if u saw the season premier of Once Upon A Time it practically says they left to find a way to get rid of Elsas powers
If they are all like a family and such, why wasn't Rapunzel at Elsa's coronation? That sees like an important event.
Evil Paragon 2 Well, she hasn't been outside the castle in how many years? You'd be pretty fucking excited too if you were able to roam freely.
didn't mention the fact that the pizza truck is in every single one of these movies
444444444444444444444444444
interesting theory. but i think there are big holes in it... for example, how is a "toy" is considered a "machine". and how can "Cars" and "WallE" be in the same time frame but their worlds look completely different? and what happened to all the humans after "WallE" but before "Monsters Inc"?
There is time in between all of this check out supercarlins vid for much more detail
Here you go
1) Toys are considered machines as they use "Zero point energy" that Symdrome introduces. It is an invisible source of energy, that some theorise to be from the emotions on the humans (reference to inside out). That's why without humans, toys don't come to life, and that's why the axiom's A.I survived so long
2)He mentioned it wrongly.
They might even be watching this and thinking "Wow, I didn't even think of that one."
I switch my fellow programmer's wireless keyboard or delete semicolons while they're in the bathroom. Sitting in front of the computer all day bores the fuck out of your mind. You always need something evil up your sleeves to keep yourself sane in there.
Maybe the old lady in brave sculpts bears because they closely resemble and look like James from Monsters.

Why would boo grow up American and then turn scottish?
Maybe she went to ancient (er, maybe just old?) Scottland and decided she really liked it and hung out for a while.
after living in a certain area for a long period time, it's possible to start speaking like the people in that area, dialect and accent wise
Well how do we know she was born in america?
I just watched this and it explained it better than the 48 minute version of it
Until they suddenly release a new movie and then the entire theory gets F***ed up.
GamingBros Inside Out
They also find out how inside out supports the Pixar theory
o Pride God dammit. Pixar already said the Pixar Theory is wrong so...
StarRider88 rip
+GamingBros Yes, a Pixar employee said that "it is a cool story, but it is not true, even it was true, it probably wasn't intended to be".
I cried at the end. I grew up with Pixar, and seeing the theory stating that Boo spent her life trying to find Sully
Colossusblock omg so much science
Colossusblock and how does that works with the Good Dinosaur?
***** But the dinosaur is actually just a monster, is what he is saying
+Colossusblock Intelligent enough to get super powers? That has nothing to do with intellect!
This is kinda like how my English teacher finds 'the meaning' behind the authors work when in reality, the author just wrote a badass story
Even it is not real I love the theory so much!
Why don't you believe it?
i think i got the whole timeline if you don't get it let me explain (mind you that it's not right or wrong it's just for fun, i also added a few things):
The Witch from Brave turns Merida’s mother into a bear still having the personality of her mother this result to the very first animal with human behaviors.
Let me know if I left some parts out or something.
why the fuck did u take the time to do this when you can just watch the video?

i was looking for this comment cause i knew i couldn't be the only one who thought it too.
***** this is the most appropriate, accurate and close to reality comment Ive found here.
This actually made me cry at the end...
I know right like I grew up on these movies and now to hear a theory that links them together Is insane
1) The fact that it makes a cycle doesn't matter because it still holds it up.
2) The chicken came first by science.
Well explained by Stewie in Family guy when he accidentally created the universe, the Universe created him so he could create it. It's a non ending loop
The egg came first because chicken is what a hen is once it's dead.
History repeats itself
Claudia Alvarez this theory doesn't "hold up" either way

Man you deserve an award for this video!
Gurmeet singh it was pretty well made, but the Pixar theory was written by someone else completely....
An award for the dumbest shit on TH-cam.
5:43 mark: "...it grows to be [a] huge tree that surprisingly resembles the main tree in 'Bug's Life'...."
Yeah, in that's they're both TREES.
+Nightscream72 good point
Maybe the tree from A Bug's Life is the tree in the end of Wall-E but it hadn't gotten that big just yet. Maybe the end of Wall-E was decades or even a century later than the events of A Bug's Life because still at that time, humans weren't as abundant.
As I made clear in my post above, there are differences between the two other than the fact that one is merely "bigger" than the other.
Don't forget Merida is also the best disney princess
why would boo become a witch to sulley again?
she saw him at the end of the movie
Yeah! well, this theory is only for entertain us.
There is a theory that kinda goes into that. They find each other again at the end of the movie but in time Sully has to stop seeing her (why? they don't explain). so that's why Boo becomes the witch to find Sully because that's her best friend.
boo grows up , cant see sully nymore , and becomes a witch to find him

maciejko124 You never know.
lol...this theory does not make sense at all. it's fun to think about, but unfortunately doesn't hold. how does finding memo play into this again? lol
A really cool, and heart touching theory.
Well done!
Wow people love overthinking things.....
Andrew Raymond Wow, people love not having an imagination and a little fun...
Wow, we can't even have a theory without it being overlooked.
I never said anything about fun I love Pixar movies in fact toy story and monsters inc are my 2 all time favorite movies. However this theory is simply just stretched and overthought to the point where it is just stupid.
+Andrew Raymond not really, there is alot of evidence right down to the fact that in Brave, there is a drawing of sully on a piece of wood.
Andrew Raymond Actually the creator of this theory got an early screening of The Good Dinosaur and other movies.
Imagine "back to the future"
If Marty didn't go back to the past then his mother would have given him a different name, but then Marty wouldn't even be in the past if his mother didn't give birth to him in the first place.
Captaindragonfire I would disagree with that. Without boo a lot of things happened that caused the creation of the monsters would not have happened.
+Master Konim That last part sounds like the plot to Predestination lol
Kill me
this is one of my favorite youtube videos of all time

James Ferraris yes indeed it is my brother. it is. now who's got the damn cure!!!!!!!?
Such a sad, but amazing story. ;~•
Yeah.
Explain me, why they went back from 0 Point Energy to Gas Stations!
Only Syndrome and his company knew of Zero Point energy. The humans who made BnL didn't use it but their machines learnt it on their own. That's why the Axiom survived with humans on board
Ian Sin
a) The theory says BnL was of machines, not humans.
b) S was arrested by humans, and his stuff got analysed.
+gagnashdiak x Sydrome wasn't arrested he was sucked into a jet turbine and was brutally killed
Nate Gilmore
So? He had notes, designes, order of parts... His technology survived. Zero Point Energy should be wildly used by humans.
***** on a secret island no one knew about except for some goons and that lady, but they would be incriminated for being associated with all those superhero murders, also it did not seem like there was an alternative way to get off the island beside that rocket
This is illuminati shit right here
lmao😂
Angelo Salibi 1:06
This is actually quite moving, wow
True or not, it's in the human nature to find meaning even where there isn't.
Andrew Tonon well it’s not true, and we just wasted time on a fucking moron.
I think you're really overanalyzing these films made for children.
***** Should we really be listening to some guy who makes meth.
Crimson Phoenix you're goddamn right!
Wait, Pixar films are for children? Since when? ;-P
*****
wait, aren't you dead?
But the release dates for most good pixar movies the children like me have grown up, and this aspect of the movies amazes me
wow this guy must have spent ALOT of time on this! Well worth it. WELL DONE!
One question: why weren't super heroes a thing in any other movie than incredibles? Sure, they can't be everywhere and all, but isn't it odd that they aren't even mentioned in Toy Story, Up, Ratatouille, inside out, etc?
Oh and how does Cars fit into this?
+J Giesen (NerdWana) he talks about it
+J Giesen (NerdWana) Car = Machine
+J Giesen (NerdWana) Because the Pixar Theory is just a theory of some guy's imagination. It's not an official Pixar thing, so it could be that none of the movies are actually tied together, thus the Supers aren't in any other movies.
+Jason Lucht I know. I question the theory, not Pixar.
en pocas palabras todo empeso por buu y termino con buu ?
La teoría empieza por buu. y aún no termina...
im... entonces esto es solo un fragmento o resumen de una gran historia ?
***** gracias :D
Thank you for making this video. Whenever I'm sad, I watch this and feel happy again. This is absolutely beautiful and amazing and makes me feel like now, going into my teenage years, my childhood is complete and happy. Every confused or lonely person should watch this.
why must we always try to connect dots that aren't there?
thats just what humans do ~sigh
Michel Murengezi why do people believe in god
Michel Murengezi We're Humans we always think nothing has a simple explanation
Michel Murengezi because it's gljust Gish darn too much fun and too tempting not to...... you must admit this makes a whole Lotta sense and sensibility.... you
Because that's what makes us human.
How did Boo get her scotish accent?
Good question......she probably learned from the other citizens.
or maybe she was scottish the whole time?
ashley prochnow dun dun duunnnnn
ashley prochnow OR maybe she stayed there so long, hence the old age, she just learned it
X Long Maybe learned I mean come on she's a witch she could use a spell to make herself sound like that
This deserves WAY more views!!
Did anyone else get goosebumps after too?
yea
Thanks :)
Ps. If you have some sort of place you feel I should post this please feel free to tell me.
Or why she has a Scottish accent in Brave!!! IT ALL FITS :)
taylor asmah Perhaps there is a limited supply of days in the past to choose from. Thus when they say that children are harder to scare these days, they are in fact referring to days in the past they have not yet visited. They already used up the days when children were scared easily they are only left with days in which the children have already become adapted to the monster's scare tactics.
Of course this presupposes that their is only one past timeline...
Yeah I guess that could explain it but still fun to speculate :)
+Bloop Animation thanks for making the story watchable and lovely!
I'm impressed. Never looked at it that way. You've enlightened me.
How in the hell would the machine know anything about the toys? did it watch toy story also? Definite reach there buddy.
machines vs humans= five night's at freddys
TwinGaming fnaf2 is a prequel.
Dude u know what... U opened my eyes... I had different views.. I saw almost all the pixars movie but i never had the idea like urs... Great salute to ur cast and crew......👍🙏🙏
But wait there is people in a bugs life, did you ever see that trailer when the circus bugs where there? Thats what s confuseing me.
He said many humans, so there are they are just slowly repopulating the planet :)
***** They are slowly repopulating.. but somehow they have the same resources that we have now? It makes no sense.
***** but the pizza delivery truck from toy story is in the transition clip in a bugs life so explain that? what they found a possibly 2000 year old vehicle that just so happens to be what looks like a 90s pickup
Maybe the truck was magic. The Will o wisps took it as a home.
I love your profile picture. Daleks are awesome.
Look at the girl that is given the toys in ts3, and then the one in monsters inc. See what im saying? I wonder if it could alter the theory...
No, because the whole time travel thing.
It was confirmed that girl in TS3 was not Boo.
Dat Scout besides, the rooms were completely different. And I don't think there was sight of her other toys...or the same door.
Tom Noyce she could have moved
Interesting. Maybe ts4 could give us some answers.
The end part is beautiful!,I never looked at it that way!
too many holes in this theory to address here.
this all seems like one long reach Micheal Jordan must have been called for this stretch .
You just made Pixar movies better than they already are !! thnx :D !!
what is the music that starts at 6:50?
Days Are Long - Silent Partner
I don't get why these movies weren't made in order.
.-.
This is just a fan theory and not confirmed by pixar themselves, so they couldn't have planned this out.
It has been confirmed look up Pixar theory on google and it should do a page from one of the guys who worked on all these movies from Pixar
Eh, stop being a buzzkill.
This Pixar Theory makes a lot of SENSE!!! and with my knowledge, and intelligence.I can see all this connection happening!!!!!!
He said the monsters are mutated animals and people
Some other things don't make sense as well.
*****
cross-breeding
The humans in wall-e were not physically fit and had no chance of surviving long enough so bugs lived longer and mutated into monsters
I'm not very persuaded that Boo is the witch... o_O
Cynari Chance-Hudson But Sully from Monsters inc. made a working door...
I don't know... I need more evidence.
Cynari Chance-Hudson But the real question is, How did Boo make the doors.
Something has didnt notice was the SULLY STATUE in her shop!!
That's so awesome! Making me tear up because of how well this comes together all because of Boo.
Wow :o you guys have to watch this.
Whoa...😱😶 speechless😜
M Wurth this is what the back row was talking about Friday :)
