    Coincidentally this happened yesterday at my work place, when a mistake happened, everyone said it wasn't me, I only work twice a day at this place while the other girls are full time and since I've been gone I do notice they are not like these penguins, they will let the other one fall for the blame and do not help each other. Great speech!

    The stated title of this video, currently "HOW INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP DRIVES CULTURAL CHANGE", is wrong. The SPEAKER’S title, shown at 0:23, was “How Psychological Safety Drives Innovation”. It discusses psychological safety, not inclusive leadership.
