hi there, try to make a test to see if this works: while recording hold your hand on the mic and then test the sound. If it works well it means the mic is not working properly. Hope this helps.

It shoots only for 45 minutes or so due to small battery. Either you use another battery. I only use power Bank and connect it on shooting, this solves the problem

I wonder if i can ask you this question I just bought one just like this a 4K camcorder and it’s saying it won’t take the disk that I had for the camera to work. Do you know what type of pacific disk so my camera can start working that this camera takes it’s a 4K ultrahd camcorder??
Hello there! This type of cameras require sd cards to work, so any model of sd card would be fine but mind that the card would have to be formatted before use(that can be done when it is inserted in the camera for the first time). Hope this helps. It you need further assistance please let me know.

Can any tell how should I transfer or backup files from my video handycamera ultra 4k hd camera to my computer. There is no option available in selecting files through USB cable. In meanu of handycamera there is also no option for transferring data from camera to pc available

I have used one similar to what you are describing and I can tell that the light that comes with is relatively bad in my opinion. I would personally choose the one with the microphone as the sound is very important. Hope this helps in any way.
Good camera with price I paid. Battery life very limited. But I carry my power Bank connected while on recording. Sound quality from external mic is low standard. I hope company will improve it. Camera sound on and off button is offending. But it can be silent on setting the camera. I used 64 GB high speed SD micro card chip. It's for beginners cannot be matched with professional. I have trouble shooting in connecting my camera through wifi. The App as advised by the manufacturere cannot recognise the QR code of this camera. Will somebody tell me how I connect this video camera to my anderiod mobile.
You can't livestream with this camera because it doesn't have the ability to have a clean output display. At least the one I bought didn't have this ability.

Volume can be by using up and down buttons on camera. Further you can also use these in play video mode from menu button
