David I am really love to watch your videos about Subtitle Edit things. Watching you for 2 years. Thanks you!
Thank you Sir
Welcome!
Amazing work! I finally have replacement for BUZZ Whisper, I have noticed that Purfview's Faster Whisper doesn't really uses my gpu? I have rtx 3060 12 GB version. Medium model.
Nice! And it's easier to edit the Subtitles in Subtitle Edit than in Buzz. :)
@@David_Mbugua indeed, any ideas why mine isn't using gpu? I check for cuda, tried few models but it doesn't use more than few percentage?
Oh and I also have the issue where my subtitles sometimes start too late or end too early.
@@teatrumyslurpg I have this problem as well.
@@auroramartell I still don't know how to fix it, but I have podcast of 1,5h completed in 15 minutes so I don't complain. Compared to something like BUZZ and their around one hour.
Thank you for the video. Just one Question. Is Purfview's Faster-Whisper faster than Const-me?
When I run whisper model version3 with Purfview it only used 3gb of vram(my gpu has 10gb capacity). In contrast when I run it on cmd(without Subtitle Edit) it uses full vram capacity.
Can you please make a tutorial on beautify time code im trying to use it and i don't understand how it works
Is this free?
Yes, it is.
