I recommend everyone try Jay's method of juicing citrus; particularly oranges. (leaving the while outer pulp intact.) The taste is out of this world - the texture is creamy, and the taste is twice as good!! Jay's wife Linda is still around and she looks phenomenal and healthy.
One of the most important facts that Jay Kordich teaches here is that the white pulp in citrus fruits contains most of the antioxidant polyphenols (A.K.A. the bioflavonoids or flavonoids) which enhance vitamin C, strengthen all the blood vessels, reduce inflammation and fight cancer. When peeling an orange, use a knife to only remove the outermost part of the peel while leaving as much white stuff as possible. One orange with the white pulp intact has the bioflavonoid content of 40 oranges with their white pulp removed. Also, manual reamer type citrus juicers do not juice the white pulp. The white pulp of citrus fruits has a characteristic bitter flavor because citrus bioflavonoids are usually bitter tasting, just like the bioflavonoids in green tea, berries, raw cacao/dark chocolate, black and red grapes, pomegranates, dark leafy greens and many other fruits, vegetables and herbal spices. Bioflavonoids/polyphenols are anti-aging natural medicines you should take in abundance for longevity and superior health and immunity.
yeah it was tough listening to the original with all that grinding "fruits basically are the body cleansers and quick energizers--- GNNIIIIINNNGGGGGGNGGNEEEENGNNGNGNGNGNGGG"
In summary a) if you juice an orange you get the equivalent of eating 40 oranges. B) carrot juice is indistinguishable from blood 3) “Decone” is a word.

No he died unfortunately. And didn't live to the age he thought he might because of his 'healthy' life choices. I juice, but don't think there's any concrete proof of its effectiveness yet. He had a bit of a gut even then I think, let alone in the 2000s. That might be the issue.
Everyone of those juices must’ve tasted horrific and of course he was full of crap just making claims based upon nothing. And Consumer Reports said that his juicer was harder to clean more expensive and didn’t work as well as the competition. On the other hand, he did live to be 93 so…
Drink the fresh juices for the medicinal properties, not for the taste. Many of the juices taste pretty good though - fresh, natural and the highest nutrient content you can get for health and longevity. Obviously though, the strongest and most potent green juices don't taste wonderful (adding green apple helps a lot), but that's not at all why most people drink them, they drink it as MEDICINE as natural food based immunotherapy to help with arthritis, degenerative disease, cancer and/or overall vitality. I grew up juicing and have tasted a lot of different recipes. I honestly don't know if it has made me healthier. But the ones he's making here are pretty easy on the tastebuds. I do kale + whole lemon + ginger + apple cider vinegar on a fairly regular basis, and def must add water and sweetener (monk fruit extract) to make it palatable. Yes I don't know that any of these claims have been proven scientifically. I presume that drinking juiced kale as I do gives me the equivalent benefits of eating the kale (minus whatever's left in the extracted pulp), because the juicer is essentially doing what my mouth is doing (grinding up the leaves to process the nutrients). But doing this in the enzyme-rich environment of the mouth vs a machine is probably more beneficial. But that's why they say to 'chew the juice.' So who knows really. Our bodies are pretty amazing either way, how they can turn lots of random stuff into fuel. So I'm super grateful to have one of these high-performance, hyper-intelligent organic machines!

Sounds like this dude juiced a dictionary
His eyebrows frighten me
Listening to the juiceman's voice causes bioflavinoids to enter your body osmotically through your eardrums.
"Until now, this was the only way to get juice from an orange..."
"You mean there's a better way?"
I love you
Someone fact check this man! Must find out if it’s true
I think about your comment every day... won't be me fact checking it, but someone should lol

@@ASMRplaylist depends what else he’s eating off camera or his lifestyle choices
@@ASMRplaylist Maybe he was murdered by Jack Lalane for infringing on the Juicer market share
He lived to the ripe old age of 93. Passed away in 2017.
I wonder what those fruits and vegetables are doing nowadays.....
He was the BEST and unfortunately was buried by a billion dollar company to suppress his incredible talent wisdom and knowledge.
