Lol😂 38 amps to charge itself! Hahaaa thats too funny. Can see olmate biting his tongue hard. He would have loved to unleash on the fools that did the install
thats a great explanation on this system well done and would like to know how you are going to get the 12v feed to your carafan as i am assuming this is a retreat van cheers Dan
Great video bud, so I was told by the person who installed mine just to unplug the 240 charger while using the inverter, but I’ve noticed while on the inverter I have no solar input whether the 240 charge is unplugged or plugged in any idea why this would be? Cheers.
Hi mate. That definitely doesn’t sound right. I would suggest getting it inspected by someone who knows what they are doing. It doesn’t sound like the installer you had do the work was across the requirements.

Thanks. Glad it was informative.
We have picked up a spare circuit breaker in the overhead cupboard and fed it from there. 👍
Nice Video and explanations. Would have been nice what 'after' looked like, doing it the correct way.
🤙

Interested to know what current the new Harrier pulls compared to the Ibis 👍
Current draw between the 2 is approximately the same. However, the Harrier is more efficient so overall KWh used is less.
Good to know . The soft start would be a whole lot nicer too I would imagine
Definitely a lot nicer on the inverter plus the ability to select night mode allows for much less overall consumption.

How do I check to make sure this isn’t happening to my system….
