Hi, how do I download the kilometers travelled from the app to my laptop? I am not winning and the dealer I bought the car from and the We Go connect piece doesn’t know how to advice.
It's a shame VW don't give true Support for this gizmo. I've got a Touran, and finding the socket to plug the device in is impossible. VW online 100% useless too.
I can’t get past the become primary user, just says loading indefinitely I have both keys and the app open & it’s just not making me the primary user 😅
Not working even after 20th try. Always fail after "loading setting". I get message "wasnt possible to load your settings". Do you have any idea? Thanks
Volkswagen do make their in car and connectivity software as unintuitive and difficult to use as they possibly can. Our ID.3 has just had the software upgraded to v3.2 from v2.4 and the car is just over 3 years old. Suddenly we need an S-pin. Well, having the phone already connected to the car should have been sufficient I would that thought but clearly Volkswagen think otherwise. We've never had an S-pin before so I cannot set a new one. Then I find I have to set it in the app, not in the car even though it is the infotainment screen asking for the S-pin. The app then insists that I log out and log in again because I have been logged in for more than 5 minutes. Yes, seriously: 5 minutes. I doubt VW van even count up to 5 at this point. OK, but then it refuses to acknowledge my login details for the app. Hmmm ... It has taken 20 minutes and much frustration to do a 30 second job. Great work there Volkswagen. I love this car but my next car will not be a VW unless you have really sorted out your truly abysmal and appalling software.
hi, I did everything as in the video, and still cant start NAV. it refers me to SHOP, and in SHOP i dont see any NAV option.. can u help? thanks!
Just bought an r line , the dealership set it up for me and was done in minutes with no issues.

I already have my VW ID But now when I try to become the primary user I get a message saying unable to start app. It’s a absolute nightmare
send an email or call the digital support my dude

this is MOD3 either no data session or privacy issue via the MIB...contact the digital services support.

@@Leonvb7 nope haha I’m taking my car in for servicing in a few weeks so I’m going to ask at my vw dealership if they can fix it for me 😭
@@NaRii after a year still didn’t fix it? 😂😭. My car goes 4th March, apparently an software update should fix the problem, well see
