Due to the recent government advice to reduce the spread of Coronavirus, some of our customers may prefer a shorter vehicle handover process when collecting their new or used car from us. Because of this, we have created a series of videos to cover some of the technology on our latest cars, which can be watched in the comfort of your own car!

Just bought a VW T-Cross, still have to get to know the car and this helped me.
As well as using the + & - buttons to increase or decrease the cruise by 5mph, once set you can also use the ‘set’ and ‘res’ buttons to increase or decrease by 1mph!
Handy when travelling on roads with average speed cameras. A few m.p.h.increase gets you overtaking vehicles without the worry of exceeding the ultimate limit allowance where you could get picked up.
Thank you so much. My 20 year old son is in Canada he purchased this car, highline variant, I wanted to let him know about cruise control feature which you explained very well. We do not have it in our car in India.

Hi there, just one thing I think you left out on the left controls on the steering wheel is that the "SET" and "RES" buttons can be used to increase or decrease the speed in smaller increments(most likely in 1 mph in your case) after the cruise control has been activated. Kobus Müller

Discovered OK will hang up a call. And lowering the volume all the way down pauses your music.
Massive VW fan but one think that always irks me is you can't see the mileage when unless cruise is switched off. This goes back as far as Mk6 Golf

I had a 14 year old 2 litre Diesel VW Jetta and could easily register 70 plus mpg.

in the older models there was a mode button to switch between cruise control and speed limiter. How is it possible to activate the speed limiter with the new buttons ?
I also ask myself the same thing. Is it possible to know how to activate the speed limiter with the new buttons? Thank you

1. Press the driver assistant menu's button on the left
2. Press the down button on the right side
3. Press middle button on the right side
4. Press the Set button on the left
If the speed limiter option doesn't show up as the second option after the 1. step, then you can enable it with obdeleven

Hi All. I am new to the group. I have a VW Passat 2017 R Line Model. Does anyone know how to activate Dynamic Light Assist on it? I cant Find in in Settings, It only shows "Dynamic Light Setting (During Rain). Can anyone help me. Thanks.
Hi, what you need to do is go to Car menu on the display (left hand side of the display) and then go to set up. That is where you find all sorts of car set ups. And then chose lights, etc. There you should be able to find it. I am typing this not being in the car, so this is from the top of my head. Hope this helps.
