I lived in the southwest corner of Hoboken from 07-12. At the time, they were acquiring land to build some system to prevent/limit flooding. (At the time, they claimed that the water collected would run into the Hudson.) Did they finish that ? Does it work? Nice video. Glad to see all the development going on.
Hi, thanks for watching! Yes, I did discuss the flooding, see this link here at 03:45 - th-cam.com/video/8QmEVTXrb7w/w-d-xo.htmlsi=mSyZphKyUAYFaTeY&t=225
Hi Rose, safety is a very subjective / personal thing, also we are not really supposed to get into those topics as real estate agents because of fair housing law. The best thing to do would be to call the local police department and ask for their stats. You could also look them up on different websites, but they aren’t always accurate. The police have the most specific data for their area. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you need help with your search, we are always here for you!! Thanks!

They did finish that project, but flooding still occurs every time there's a hard rain.

Cool, thanks for watching and commenting! Did you have a favorite spot or restaurant to visit in Hoboken?
What about the constant flooding, and rat problem.

Classic America ❤!
I love Hoboken, but where to live to expensive 😢
Move to the terrible area, the projects area, the ghetto area, the area that no one ever talks about. Trust me Hoboken is not worth it.
Is that the city of Hoboken is Calm, because I have things for doing travel and visit the city?
Parts of it are certainly calm, and of course if you go to Washington St it can be busier with all the shops and restaurants. I hope that helps!
What about safety?? crime? Is Hoboken considered safe.. especially for females.

Very safe. The worst thing you'll deal with are drunk 20-something year olds near the bars
Why in the world would you move to hell?
You clearly don't know hell
Hell? hell has waterfront & Carlo's ?? 😂
Hoboken is constantly flooding. I lived 58 years in Hudson County. Sinatra called it a Sewer.
