      Thanks Steve. It's had some very small changes to improve general functionality and to better suit my work flow. Otherwise it's been very reliable and easy to maintain. Thanks for the view!

    Beautiful set up! If you don’t mind what would I expect to spend on a set up similar to this. I am just starting out and debating between building my own or buying a skid. Leaning towards doing it myself so I can learn more about it! Thank you!

      Certainly! I was about 17k invested by this point. You can do it yourself , just be sure to take into account maintenance and repairs. Make it easy to work on, because you will be out there fixing stuff here and there. If you end up buying a skid, go for stainless. yes it's more expensive, but for a very good reason. Cheers and good luck!👍

    from this video im glad i have an 8gpm machine...unless your doing alot flat work stay away from the 10 gpm

    • @CastleWashLLC
      @CastleWashLLC  ปีที่แล้ว

      Fair enough. I've lowered the psi coming from the machine by using oversized tips and its much better. What I was specifically talking about is the initial jolt when squeezing the trigger. Overall, both machines are very capable. I would buy it again to be honest, especially at the extra speed it grants just naturally having another 2GPM. And yes, it's even better for flat work compared to the 8GPM. Cheers!

    How long have you been in business. I'm in Palm Coast and I'm thinking about getting into the business but I hear a lot of negative things about it

    • @CastleWashLLC
      @CastleWashLLC  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've been doing this for over 2 years now. The only negatives come from people having false aspirations of how it works. TH-cam would have you think that you can start off making 300k a year. Some may have done it, but here in FL, it probably won't work quite like that. While the market may seem "Oversaturated", it's really up to you to create a market for yourself. That being said, the work is easy, but getting the jobs can be the hard part.
      You'll need to build a customer base, then retain them year after year. It needs to be what you eat, sleep and breathe, until it starts to snowball. Even then you'll have your work cut out for you. When you fail, you can only blame yourself. That's the hardest part.
      I'd say Goodluck, but that is a very, very small part of it.

    What rack are you using for your ladders

    • @CastleWashLLC
      @CastleWashLLC  ปีที่แล้ว

      Good question. I bought them from E-tailer online. I believe they are "rack 'em" brand. I bought two units and used the ladder tongues from each on one set of uprights. That allowed me to put both ladders on same side of trailer. Now I have extra uprights for future attachments.

    Wheels from harbor freight five dollars

    • @CastleWashLLC
      @CastleWashLLC  หลายเดือนก่อน

      That's great info. I think my main message was don't overpay for simple stuff like that. My washers were about 25 cents each.
