That's mostly in the review -- the larger screen is the obvious point, less obvious is that the microSD card slot is only found on the 15", and there's some combinations of colour/processor/storage that only exist in some sizes. My standard advice here is work out which is more important to you; a 15" screen gives you more work space and may be better as a mostly-deskbound laptop, where a 13" one is a lot easier to move around between meetings, workplaces, etc. Then configure for power as needed.
