    Fantastic! I have saved this for my 12 hour days sitting at the desk. I also travel on long international flights, so I see this being very helpful. I have also favorited for reference and shared with my colleagues. Exercise 2 is WONDERFUL.

      Glad to hear it! It’s surprising how effective they can be for preventing annoying aches and pains from arising or building up with prolonged sitting.     Do this for sitting in a vehicle and target Uber and Lyft drivers. The drivers sit for 10 hours and drive!!!! Could you sit in a car with a band just above the thigh and activate the glute muscle?
