I just bought a tube for polishing my bike's rims. Ended up spent my entire weekend polish other things like door knob, car's bumper, tables, chairs, lamp's hood, stainless steel mugs, wrench, powerbank, treadmill, and everything else that shiny. This thing just satisfying and fun

Great review. If you get a buffing attachment for a cordless drill it can save a bit of time. But this gear I’ve been using 30 years and it’s amazing what it can bring back to glory.

I just bought some a couple days ago from about £3-4 for doing exhausts and I thought I'd TH-cam best metal polish and this came up after buying it . Seems like it's made to be lol
@@DaveRebuilds I presume its stainless steel but of what grade I don't know. Its exhaust pipes on a motorbike. After only one winter of use they had heavy black and brown corrosion that took ages to grind off with a decorrosion grinding disk on a drill. I have used autosol but they aren't shiny so im more just concerned about preventing it happening so fast again as the exhaust was difficult to get off and there is even pitting corrosion. Its a 2016 model with only 9k miles
@@ralphnicholson658 yeah it’s likely to be stainless if it’s a bike. In all honesty, I’m really not sure if there is a product that could stand the heat, although a ceramic coat might do the trick as they can take higher temperatures than traditional waxes etc. I think Ammo NYC have a ceramic coat that was designed for exhausts, brake callipers etc so maybe check them out? Sorry I can’t be of much help, it’s not really something I have any experience in!
Mazin almaimani haven’t tried removing scratches from chrome yet, but will try a couple of things at the weekend and let you know if that’s ok? Probably make a video on it👍🏻
PJ hi, it might, it certainly helped remove some of the scratches on the stainless exhaust in the video, but I can’t comment on a microwave as I don’t know whether the mirror finish is from the stainless steal or a anodised coating, sorry! My suggestion would be, use a little bit of it in a small area and see how it does
@@Uv_Shaykh it’s the plastic stuff they wrap cars with to change the colour without respraying the car. Might not work but would probably be cheaper than laminate and easier to apply 👍🏻
Sanjay Tewatia hi, haven’t seen a disadvantage of the polish yet and have been using it for a while. Wouldn’t recommend using it all the time as it is abrasive, so only use it when the metal won’t clean with a sponge and soapy water👍🏻
Ari S hi, yeah in theory it should be able to do that no bother at all, but without seeing exactly what it’s up against I can’t give you a definitive answer, sorry. Give it’s try on a small area that can’t be seen easily and see how well it works :)
Hello,I bought this product and I soap 2 hours exhaust pipe of my car. Yes it was more better then before but spots stayed .I can send you photo of result if you want ;).
amit singh it kind of depends on whether the washing machine drum if solid metal or whether it’s coated. It sounds like the bathroom cleaner removed the coating from the drum so not sure it will work, but worth giving it a try on a small area first?

Great vid - No jump cuts during the polishing, great to watch the stuff do it's thing in real time (or at least sped up!) Many thanks

Oz Matterhorn thanks for the tip. I’ll go get myself a buffing attachment and give it a try, anything to save time is always good 👍🏻
perfect metal polish
Damn! That is some fine polish
Yes sir! 😃👍🏻
Just used it WOW. Turned my brown ass exhaust to new looking car.

Just bought this stuff to do my mk2 st exhaust tips turned out well
Masked Gamer 101 yeah it’s great isn’t it😃
Dasi's Garage yeah great video pal
Masked Gamer 101 cheers dude, just about to start releasing the mod videos for my st, aiming for 300bhp with the first round of mods 👍🏻
Dasi's Garage I’ll be watching mine is standard for now didn’t realise the maintenance on them was so expensive lmao rookie to the st
Masked Gamer 101 lol I do all the maintenance myself to keep the costs down, can do a “how to service the ST” video if it helps?
I’ve ordered same paste after watching your video. Subscribe definitely.
Amazing stuff. Expensive, but it works so well!
Yeah totally agree, by far the best on the market in my opinion 👍🏻
Its only cost less than $5 dollar for a tube like that in my country..
Awesome stuff just used my tube from 1982 😂
😂👍🏻
using a soft steel wool with autosol will remove any rust pitting and tar spots in seconds

Was it good for your car please?
Quicker to mix with Red Bull before starting the job
😂👍🏻
Thank you, sir, for this fun And useful video 👍

Is this better for rust prevention than jenolite rust sheild
Hi, it’s not a rust prevention product mate, it’s a polish to remove tarnish and ageing from metals 👍🏻
@@DaveRebuilds any recommendations for exhaust rust prevention products after polishing?
@@ralphnicholson658 oh that’s tricky as most products that would protect metal won’t stand the heat from an exhaust! Is it a mild steel system?

You used Amp quite often. I think you mean And
It could just be the way I talk as I can’t remember the last time I used the word amp, I use and in pretty much every sentence though 😂👍🏻
Can be use on motorcycle crank case? I'm wondering if this stuff can mirror finish crank case by using with grinder?
Alvin Lazana Juaban yeah it should be able to do that! 👍🏻
Can it remove scratches from a stainless steel microwave oven cavity and restore the mirror finish?

Hi, I don’t think it will as aluminium is a lot softer than steel, but might be worth trying it on a small area and see how it does?

Can I use it on my washing machine drum which lost its shine due to cleaning from bathrooms cleaner.
