Many are enamored with mansions, it’s like a cultural thing. But most these homes are almost empty and lonely, because the spouse or children are abroad hustlin. I am relieved to sell our 7 bedroom house in Mandurriao, too much cleaning and maintenance for only a couple & 1 child to live in and kind of eerie coz it’s huge. My next vacay house will be smaller but with a huge lot for gardens.

Yes there can be deals had on golf courses. May have to look harder now but some can be had still. Ours is an empty lot ready for clearing. One can google Eastland heights to find its location and amenities…. An example of a golf course lot

pretty simple ..... your $500K house in a lot of western countries & your $5K or $3K a month doesn't guarantee you a young girlfriend or a wife .... you already know the standards of young western women ..... it's pretty high that only rich & famous & celebs can afford it ..... & if you can afford it, they're still a good chance, they'll divorce you in 5 or 10 years in favor of a young boyfriend ...... see what happened to the great kevin costner ..... her wife ditched him for in favor of their neighbor/49 year old guy ......

How big a house can be built relative to the lot is usually set by the developer. For example, a house cannot be more than 48% of the entire lot, meaning 52% must be exterior space.

Tropical climate, every rainy season the roads would have potholes, so concrete mix last the longest. @thevibeinc 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

Cement streets, if mixed and constructed properly will outlast asphalt lifespan by 2 to 3 times.
maintenance/upkeep cost are very low also. Potholes and cracks in asphalt/blacktop are basically a part of its life cycle 😆
1 - 10% fuel efficiency/savings because it’s harder, smoother surface. Asphalt is softer and uneven depending on temperatures. This creates friction/resistance which take more fuel to overcome or compensate.
Tough weather, hard rains, and high heat break up asphalt quite easily

I don't represent anyone, just showing you the neighborhood and Francis who lives there provided some of the prices. Most people build their own houses so there is just a few model homes they have listed for 25 million pesos.
Megaworld is the same company as BGC and Eastwood in Manila they are master plan type places.

@@Davirdcarrol not guaranteed but the condo act requires the building to pass many inspections to current building standard (standards in 59 years from now) in order to be considered habitable. So for the majority they will just not be maintained that long. Some condos are also never turned over to a board of residents, like the one in Dumaguete the property there remains the developers property and not a share of the condo owners. I wouldn’t say boring, but I do get what you’re saying. It’s definitely not what I’m expecting nor necessarily wanting to learn before visiting or moving to PH.
I think this is great information and very interesting.
Maybe he should have a 2nd channel that has a real estate/rental focus.
I can’t imagine the majority subscribers or viewers really being interested in looking at new homes/condos for sale or rent for long term content.
Maybe if you are really moving there very soon or if you are in the real estate business. Otherwise viewers could start to get bored or lose interest.
But again, I do find it informative and enjoy the content. But it really narrows the reasoning for coming/staying on the channel.
      No hate here
