      @@donnyzhu9659 I love it. Use it every single day. I now drink a gallon a day. I've been using their bottles for 6 years now. i used to have their old version (v1) but I didn't love the design much. The new steel one is amazing.

      I agree it would be nice if they walked us through that part as well, yes? 😉
      It’s kind of hidden, I had to ask google how to connect. I’m pretty intuitive, also, so it was odd to have to ask. 😁
      This is a good instructional though, yes?

    Hi, does this mean it will record the intake when you’re out of range? My daughter has a kidney issue and I need to know her intake while she’s at school. It’s currently hard to know when she’s finished a conventional bottle and if it’s been refilled. She’s only six so she can’t remember all the time. If I can just sync it to my phone at the end of the day and be told how much she’s drunk, it would really help us. Thanks

    • @AhmadSohailWahab
      @AhmadSohailWahab ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s what I need to know as well. I think if it’s connected to Apple’s health app. And if you and your daughter share health data, you might be able to see the water intake within health app. That is, if your daughter’s phone is connected to the internet.

    I’ve had the puck charging from my computer’s USB port for at least 6 hours and it is still flashing green. I just plugged it directly into regular wall usb to see if that does it faster because this doesn’t seem right

      @Codyno ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah your computer probably wasn’t delivering enough power

  • @justbirdie
    @justbirdie 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I connect the puck to the provided charger and it glows solid green, which should indicate it’s fully charged. It isn’t, it’s still dead. I just can’t get it to charge.

    • @justbirdie
      @justbirdie 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think the charger is broken. I have a second Hidrate spark and that charger works. I think that if you let the magnet on the charger get exposed to other magnetic things, it will be ruined snd stop working.

      Agree with the wireless charging, but I like you can dismantle it. If you damage the bottle or the puck, you can just purchase a replacement for just that, not a full price bottle with all the components. Also, you can have one puck, and more than one bottle, so if one is dirty with protein shake for instance, you have one ready to go with just water, while the other one is being washed and dries up. Same for the lid. I guess it is based on preferences :)

    After charging puck for 2.5-3hours it will no longer glow but will connect to the app and track water intake. The app sees the bottle via bluetooth connection. I tried the reset button on the puck holding for 5 and 10 sec but still no results. It was charged using the supplied cable. I have experienced this with two other hidratespark bottles. Anyone with ideas please help...The documentation on the site for troubleshooting is terrible.

    Just got mine today. First impressions... it's SMALL ( looks like a large coffee tumbler) ! I got the 21 Oz and I'm going to have to fill it up so many times 😮‍💨 ( in fact I'm apparently supposed to drink 4.5 bottles a day ... that means i have to fill it 5xs. Not good for people who work very physical jobs. Aka wearhouse where we only get a 10 min break every 3 hrs 😑) second... the charger connection is WEAK. How about a stronger magnetic pull atleast? It's barely attached and one bump shift or setting it on a table after you put it on its charger knocks it right off.
    For $70 I definitely expected QUALITY.
    Not impressed.
