      Thinking about Hidrate Spark PRO Lite - it's like the steel but plastic (I can't stand with cold water and I'm afraid with Steel it will remain cold for more then 24H - I prefer my water on the same room tempeture) how do you experience this with your bottle?
      In addition I'm little worried according what you say on 11:15 (in case I'll buy the plastic version of - Hidrate Spark PRO Lite) I'd be glad to hear your opinion. :)

      Just for that reason, I want another option. For the Spark 3, non-rechargeable batteries are antiquated. For the Steel’s puck charger, no thank you. We need ubiquitous things.
      By the way, great review! I was able to get great clarity.

    Do you know any of the UV light self cleaning brands caps would work for this bottle. I would love to have both self cleaning purified water and the tracking function in one bottle.

    My doctor just told me I'm having some major health issues including muscle cramps, back spasms, sleep disturbances and headaches because I'm not drinking enough water. I literally just drink diet soda and coffee so she's probably right. She said that even though my diet is good, the fact that I'm drinking literally zero water makes it difficult for the nutrients like potassium, calcium, zinc and magnesium to get to my body systems. Also I've had kidney stones & owe a $4000 hospital bill for the treatment. So, I'm buying this bottle. I can't afford not to. Thanks for your awesome review!

    My main problem with both of these bottles or bottles in general (I don't have the steel version, only normal pro) is that the outside always wears down soo freaking fast and it will look terrible after just a few weeks/months. I decided to buy a cover for the spark pro that I will put on, if I put it in my bag, so it doesn't get ruined since it's soo expensive but I'm also really anxious with the possibility of it falling down. A big pro with the spark pro is that it doesn't have the pop open lid because I still went to school when I had the first spark version and my friends would always want to open and close the lid which was so annoying and it also stopped working after some time for that reason.

    Will the App track both Hidraspark bottles if you have both on the go during the day? Or do you have to set the App for either one or the other?

    How to watch the steel one, should we take the bottom lid (the one that we have to charge ) out before watching?

  • @NeonPixels81
    @NeonPixels81 ปีที่แล้ว

    I have both the Hidrate 3 and the Steel, and I find myself reaching for the regular non-steel more often simply because I don't have to worry about whether its charged or not, the battery lasts ages. The Steel ends up dying just when you need it.

    • @hellihello2333
      @hellihello2333 ปีที่แล้ว

      Do you also have the problem that the app won't show you the actual battery life? Mine always shows the same battery percentage and when it's almost gone I only see a notification in the part of the app where you can see how much you drank. So annoying because I can't plan when I can charge it.

    Such a refreshing review. Loved the honest pick your poison remark about the proprietary charging and battery options. Companies need to sponsor people like you to review their products without controlling everything that is said. When someone speaks up there are usually others quietly sharing that opinion. Transparent feedback provides companies with such a wonderful opportunity for continuous innovation and improvement. The hard sell of sponsored videos essentially repeating a generic message make me less inclined to trust them, it turns me off things, whereas your video made me covet your delightful bottles. Thanks again for the refreshing review and the time and effort you put into creating an awesome and entertaining video.

    Solid review, you sold me on buying one so I just ordered one along with an Apple Watch. I have a question about the Steel, I'm assuming the puck stores data? Like if you're drinking water for 5 hours without your phone near, when you get in range it will sync all you drank right? They say it doesn't sync with an Apple Watch, and the bottle only syncs with a phone, which then will sync with the watch. Which kind of sucks, but it is what it is. Also, they said you can add water you've drank manually on an Apple Watch. But they don't go into any detail. If I drink 84oz and entered it manually, do I have to do anything to stop the bottle from syncing with my iPhone? Seems like it might sync everything twice when you manually enter water. Obviously it doesn't work like this, but I'm not understanding how the manual vs automatic work together. I should have mine Tuesday so if you don't reply, I suppose I'll just have to try it and figure the crap out on my own.

    • @JoeySuggs
      @JoeySuggs  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah in my experience as long as you’re in range of your phones Bluetooth within the 24 hours it will sync we trying up, only time I use manual is if I drink water not out of the bottle👌

      @Bigheadedwon 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@JoeySuggs excellent, thanks for replying. One last question, do you know if the lids are standard size? I'm looking at Cirkul and wondering if their lids would fit these bottles. Their page says "fits many other wide-mouth water bottles including Nalgene, CamelBak, Contigo, Hydro Flask, and Klean Kanteen." I can't find anything on Google about what size lids the Hidrate Pro's use though.

    Hi Joey,
    I’m looking for something that will record the intake when you’re out of range/no smart device with you.
    My daughter has a kidney problem and I need to know her intake while she’s at school. It’s currently hard to know when she’s finished a conventional bottle and if it’s been refilled. She’s only six so she can’t remember all the time. If I can just sync it to my phone at the end of the day and be told how much she’s drunk, it would really help us.

      The steel works by measuring the weight when you sit it on a flat surface. Vibration or a holder supporting the sides may make that weight measurement difficult.
      The 3 appears to measure the level of the liquid with the central stick. I would guess that may work better in a holder or with vibration.
