    I received a bottle today. after filling the bottle, the indicator on the application does not work. Also, the flesh does not work when drunk. also I still have options for "bottle search" everything is well connected to bluetooth. I am disappointed with the purchase :(

      I had the same problem and I sent an email to the Support Team. They helped me to solve the problem. First, you can try to turn on the Airplane mode on for 10 seconds and turn it off. Then try to drink a big drink to see if it works. If not, you can try to reset the sensor puck. After you click sensor puck, it should flash green light 3 times. It means that the sensor is fine. Then, you need to try to recalibrate your bottle (follow the instruction on the app). Then, it might work, because it worked for me.

    Why a special charging cable instead of using the industry standard of USB for charging. Just a ploy to make more money off of proprietary hardware

    Mine came dented. Emailed them at 6 pm last night. It’s 11:30 the next day and no response. No way to call. How long does it take for them to get back to people? I’m disappointed.

    I have hand issues with my original puck as it didn’t hold a charge or something at this point. The person was nice to help as they sent me another puck but it seems to be the issue as the previous one. Beyond disappointed

    same my pluck doesn’t work it will connect when it’s in the charger when it comes off nothing

    I made the mistake of buying this junk from Amazon it does not work at all won't sync to a Samsung 21

    i just installed the app and now i can't login to my account again, when i click the email option it only lets me create a new account and not letting me log in to my already existing account

    Hey guys mine arrived today and u love it are you revalibarating it after charging the puck ? This is the reason why it glows to tell you to drink not after you have drunken.hope this helps.

    DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCT LINE. I bought one for my wife and in about a year the puck started falling out and eventually got damaged. She emailed the company and one of their representatives said yes they know about the puck issue and that it is a manufacturing problem with the threading on the puck. He said he would try to give her a replacement cup at first but eventually said the 100 day warranty had expired and couldn’t give her a replacement. So the company knows about the issue and still refuses to stand behind their product. DO NOT BUY FROM A COMPANY LIKE THIS THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT SALES AND WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.

      When I did have a problem, I sent an email and they asked me to do a few things after that they sent out a replacement. I would try and reach out again.
