Good job...plain and simple. I'm pretty sure that doing it with the box on will be way more miserable

Could you not have lifted frame or lowered rear dif to give you more clearance on that bushing bolt?

If you were to actually have the body and chassis service manual from Ford. It actually says to raise the vehicle frame tell the weight is off of the rear springs with the tire still touching the floor. Which then would bottom out that shackle on the spring hanger making that bolt lower than the frame. Actually the correct sequence for doing this if you're also replacing the spring. If you're not replacing the spring you just subtract a few steps.
      1. raise the vehicle frame until the weight is off the rear springs, with the tires still touching the floor.
      2. Remove the nuts from the u bolts and drive the u bolts from do you bolt plate
      3. Remove the auxiliary spring if equipped
      4. Remove the spring to bracket nut at the front of the rear spring
      5. Remove the shackle lower nuts and bolts at the rear of the spring
      6. Remove the rear spring and rear spring shackle from the the hangar
      7. Remove the bolt and not that cures the rear shackle on the rear spring

Hello Farm Truck Fixes. I need to do the same repair but my F250's hanger had broke on the last owner F250 came with a 5" dent in the floor of the pickup box. My question is I have found the 722-100 for $55. on Amazon. But people have put in the Comments will fit Full side ford but needs to be drilled & the Dorman Website says 722-100 is for Econoline E150. only The 722-101 kit is for the Full Size Ford Pickup's But it is $111. on Amazon. So Did You Have To Drill The Holes On Your Frame OR On The Hanger To Make It Fit...... AS The Hanger Kit You Used Cost $50. Less Than The Correct One I Want To Buy The Kit You Used Because at this time $50. at my local Mid Island Liquor Store will buy me two 15 packs of Lucky Extra. ( I would love invest $50. in Beer for me instead of Chinese metal for my Beater F250.
Thanks in advance & thanks for making the video.

Yes I used the 722-100 of Amazon, I did not have to modify anything and they bolted right in, I would not recommend replacing the rubber/steel (unless they are really bad) bushing in the leaf spring because they were a pain to remove but to answer the question, yes I used the 722-100 and they worked great!
