      Can you do sidechain compression?

    One awesome thing you guys should implement is the ability to use the MFX effects in the zc1 synthesizer for audio tracks!! There are so many good effects that could be used to flip loops and samples , please add this !

    Thanks for this; congrats on the work put into the drum sampler. Please remind me: individual drum parts can be routed and recorded as their own tracks on the timeline? Keep the good videos coming!

    Fantastic update! Quick question, is it possible to share drum kits with custom samples from Mac to the iPad?

    • @rolandzenbeats
      @rolandzenbeats  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes you can! Just copy user folder called drum kits or even easier save the song and share via song transfer from Mac to iPad. Then you'll have it there to save.

    Anyone know how to make a beat similar to Japanese drums?

    Is there any way to sample / bounce tracks so I can create samples from an AU plugin (e.g. I created a kick in a synth and want to make it a sample)?

    • @rolandzenbeats
      @rolandzenbeats  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes you can sample and bounce tracks. Just pull up your plugin and create your midi performance. Then add an audio track and you can drag and drop render midi to audio. From there you can also drag and drop any audio right into a drum track and it will make your sample a pad.

      @@rolandzenbeats thank you, will try that! It was not obvious…

    I need something more impressive to go with this. Chords, Melodies, scale and chord mode. integration with Mc101 and other synths etc with ease

      Hi there. You may or may not know but Zenbeats have additional instruments and MIDI editing features beyond just drums alone. We'll be covering some in other tutorials. Yes, we do also want to add chord mode and additional arp features in the app. More to come with updates!

    That beat tho...

  • @rob1733

    This is going to sound stupid, but how do you bring up the sequencer view? Something so basic, yet, so not intuitive. Would appreciate your help.

    • @rolandzenbeats
      @rolandzenbeats  ปีที่แล้ว

      No problem, its really easy. Just double tap on any ZR1 drum pattern from the loopbuilder or timeline view if you are looking to open step sequencer for pattern editing.

      @rob1733 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@rolandzenbeats Thanks for the help! I have been tapping and long pressing but never thought to double tap! 🤣 Feature suggestion then: I would love a 'View' button on the side that would scroll through the various methods of inputing (Time-line, Loop Builder, Sequencer). Any other places where double tapping is useful that I should know about?!?

    I need something a lot more basic because I didn't understand half those words.

      Hello! We're noticing you are engaging with the advanced tutorial. Have you tried watching the basics yet? th-cam.com/video/dpEKNETu4MQ/w-d-xo.html

    zenbeats looks and work better than the sp404 mk2 and a ton cheaper

    • @CXtheproducer1
      @CXtheproducer1 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It looks better definitely but chopping samples and preview samples is better on the SP 404 MK2

    • @magnuseriksson8081
      @magnuseriksson8081 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CXtheproducer1 It’s more fun to play with I guess but no Synths. SP and Mc101 should be in one and the same box of course

      @tyreepenn-hasan6307 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@magnuseriksson8081 that's basically what the mc707 is. Middle ground between the 2. Or you co in to the verselab if you're less concerned with editing the waveforms of the sounds on the box and tweak presets
