Sometimes if you play, you pay. But it's all good as I will fix it and I will have it mint again.

SUP BRO! That intro tho... Trully Sickening!! It looks like many things tried to kill your Kyosho, the CURB, the Wrong Air filter and the Dog (twice). I gotta say though, it was running PROPER and a nice high RPM.

A huge blessing in disguise. In my case my friend crashed my HSP Buggy. It ended with a bent chassis and a completely destroyed HPI T3.0 (both side mountings were torn off, which left 2 giant holes). A new engine block costs 60% of the price of a new one, so it was left for parts...

Was the clicking the chassis clipping the floor ? Worst crash was team magic g4 black magic with a size 11 nova Rossi engine with turbo exhaust

If the receiver that is in the car is what I think it is, it could be on the old school crystal radio frequency, I’d highly recommend getting a flysky radio & receiver setup (they come as a pair ready to go) for relatively cheap, about $50 AUD will get you going.
Just going to be safer and much more responsive, I use the flysky fs-gt2 and it’s wicked for the money,

Hi. I have a VoneS. With the GS15 engine..does yours have a pinch on the piston sleeve? What's the compression like. I am not sure if like conventional nitro engines if the gs15 flywheel should difficult to turn over by hand to demonstrate its got compression. If you have ever taken the cylinder head off does the piston go flush withe sleeve at TDC???? Thanks in advance

You can fix the chassis, just hammer it on a hard flat surface or you can use any edge of a hard surface and use your body weight

Oh no…the worst nightmare possible…This happened to me back in days with my Kyosho pure ten MK1 as I ran it with a brand new Dodge stratus body…60% of the car after this was a case for the scrapeyard,so I rebuild it to a mk2 World Cup edition…Only the end of the story of my mk2 was more terrible…It was been stolen from the trunk of the car after I just arrived to make hollydays in Portugal together with my V-one R with a brand new rub concept engine and all my equipment…It was for sure the sadest day of my childhood ,even Kyosho sends me one week later the V-one RR together wit a new engine ,it wasn‘t the same…my condolences for it and I hope you will rebuild it
Oh no man as if someone stole your V-one R, that’s actually so sad, they’re quite rare now. Yeah definitely the worst nightmare, especially it being this car, was my favourite but at least it can be fixed!
@@torquerc4859 I want to be honest to you ,for me to lose the V-one-R was only annoying,because it was allready very well tuned and I had at this time allready figured out and listened the perfect tuning parameters for aroung 8 different racetracks ..The V-one RR evo was different,so it required also different tuning parameters on chassis,to figure out this for different tracks requires countless hours of work.. In relation of the losement,the worst was for me the MK2 Worldcup edition,because this was my first nitro ever..I would do anything to get him back..For money you can buy many things,but your first nitro car is something different its not replaceable with anything..
At this time I was allready team driver,so the replacement V-one ,the V-one RR evo costs me nothing .
How mentioned,the sad part was my Kyosho spider MK2 World cup edition with the O.s: Max CV 15 engine mounted on it..
Currently I still have two different V-one cars..a V-one S 3 and a V-one RRR ,I guess you have seen my both V-ones on my last video where I have intruduced my Nitro fleet..

I must say belt drive kyosho goes alot nicer in my opinion then drive shaft variants

@@torquerc4859 For racing pruposes I prefer the belt drive by far,because it offers a more accurate feeling as soon as you accelerate out of the corners,especially because you are able to vary the manner of the load change between the front and rear axis consoant to the tension on the respective belt,a further advantage is the possibility to change the rpm ratio on the front axis by changing the ratio of the spool,this can be very usefull when you running VG 1:10 scale 200 on foam tyres!!
On the other hand I prefer for fun bashing on the parking slot the shaft train ,because its more reliable in respect of dirt particles small stones and so one..So I run at the parking slot a mixture between the FW-05 and the 06 lol..
I can highly recomend the FW series in combination wit the GXR-15 ,in my opinion the best engine that ever was offered on a 1:10 Kyosho kit..It has a awesome very accurate power development,idles extreme low (My Idle gap on this engines is round abot 0.3mm )
And it haves this unique "onewaybearingless" recoil starter system..Be aware that the actual Kyosho "KE" engine series are in reality only Force engines which are way less quality than the previous engine series!

Why no rubberband on throttle??
A touring car ran on you? DAMN, the battery receiver is the blame because if anyone of those batteries pop out, these cars can start a runaway if your not careful, use a battery voltage pack that does not make the car runaway but power up the receiver and your controller, using these battery receiver packs will destroy your nitro car…

It jammed the carb linkage open because of the size/shape of the filter
