In this week's upload we venture to Wales in search of some good old retro classics. What we find is undoubtedly heartbreaking. We found a 2.8 injection ford capri. We came across a very old Austin,. Also we talked to a good old welsh fella that has a retro mg metro and a very rare morris GT a great day with unreal finds..
It's a very sad ending for such iconic cars. It's heartbreaking to see, yet even more so, knowing they could be saved. But in your heart you know they won't be.

when I watch your videos, it always reminds me of my extreme time, in which I restored many classic cars. In this scene you get to know many people, from the poor "screwdriver" to the millionaire. Both have the same hobby and meet at classic car meetings and parts markets, however far away! Some of these people have been known for 20-30 years. But the crazy thing is, you often only know these people by their first names and what city they come from. You can entrust them with tools or spare parts and you will get them back!
You've celebrated with them a few party-nights, but you only know them by their first names!
I always feel the same with your videos, only here you are known, just like the people I mentioned. But in this case you don't know us!
I hope it comes across as understandable, never mind! Translated, it means you always take us with you on your videos, as if we were there and that is perfectly done by you,
So keep it up my dear!
Although if I were there, at least half of the classic cars would have been stolen from me by then, ha ha ha!

Hi Klaus. Well, what can I say to your heartfelt message. I mean.. firstly, thank you so so much, the reason i do this is for friends / family like yourself and everyone that tunes in each and every week. The very reason I spend days weeks looking for cars in bushes fields..... forests is to bring my audience something to watch, something to take their mind of any troubles or everyday struggles that they might be going through or struggling with., Something to just take 5 minutes out of the day to relax, albeit stress as some of the things i find are heartbreaking to say the least, I agree with what you say, We remember people's faces peoples laughs friends smiles, we can give them a tool then they would return the favour with a story , we can entrust them with almost anything without the worry of never getting it back, What's mine is yours kind of sentiment, This is the community i want this is the family we all need, Although i never grew up watching any relative or family member tinker with cars i hoped i could bring something similar with my channel, Im by far no mecanice nore is my knowledge of vehicles vast, But what i lack in cars i bring with creating content for like minded friends / Family to enjoy, So please accept my application for sticking with my channel for so long, Thank you so so much.

The Capri needs pulling out see it it’s reachable. The mg metro go back saying it’s worth a grand in the state it’s in. But you like it an would give them 1.500 see if they take it or let them tell you how low they will take
This is why your channel is great mate, totally organic and natural. What a lovely fella you met there, wouldn’t find that on these “slicker” shows. 👍🏻

I just bought a Honda super four 400 vetc,1990 model in mint condition on Thursday wanted to own one since my teens . It’s real pleasure to find good old bikes n cars that have been looked after .

Another great video, with a great collection of classic cars. You travel far and wide to show us great locations and finds. Your videos bring a lot of happiness to classic car lovers like me, but sadness too at all the ones which are abandoned and left to rust away. The guy you met who showed you the Metro, etc seemed nice and friendly. The Morris GT is as scarce as hen’s teeth. Plenty of car enthusiasts would love to buy that one,to restore. I used to work with someone back in the 70’s who had a Morris GT, in orange. These cars are a rare sight now, for sure. I’d pay a grand at the most, for the Metro.

Is quite a project . So so heartbreaking to see that 1300 GT .That's one of my favourite cars that again is brave project it may not even be worth attempting . Another great little video .
Yes absolutely heartbroken myself mate still remember awaiting the arrival of the 2.8 capri to our roads way back and what a car my fave classic in front of other Ford's retro stuff is amazing.

Also I love that capri, my dad has a 2.8i Special about 20 years ago, we bought it for £70. So wish we kept it now.

Awesome content mate! I drive past that capri very regularly! Never realised it as a 2.8 though! In my line of work I go onto loads of farms, it’s amazing what’s parked up behind hedges and in old barns!

Nice array of classic cars just to be found sitting in gardens. I had an Austin 1300GT many years ago and by heck it moved for a seventies car.
I love watching your vids each week, you are so genuine with this hobby. You might need a pair of wellies in the car ready for when you walk through farm yards though. 🐮🐄 their crap really stinks foul.
It's tragic seeing abandoned houses with useful land that guys like us can only dream about owning. Enough space to enjoy our cars, grow food, live a happy simple life.
Aww mate that Capri needs pulling out of there a deep clean and a full restoration, it looks fairly solid, I’m guessing the bottom half will be trashed with the amount of rubbish up against it, it’s criminal this, someone including me would love to rebuild that. 😢Greta video pal

Might be worth doing something with! I noticed the rocker arms were upgrades, makes ya wonder if the motors been tweaked 🤔 fair play to the ex rallying dude, haha the need for speed doesn't disappear with age!! 👍

Metro is a tricky one.
It looks like it's got roller rockers, so it's possibly been tuned a bit.
The 1275 engine fetches good money on its own.
Some one with deep pockets please save the metro 🙏🤣🤣

Wow Stu, I had a B reg MG Metro, loved it and my first car was an Austin 1300. I remember seeing a couple of 2 door GT's but we are talking at least 25 years ago, cool underrated car, great find keep it up.😎
They never made 2 door 1300 GT's.

Just found this earlier video stu, I'm even more amazed buddy, especially as its all near a main road,the engines need saving too buddy along with the cars, the red engine under the roof tiles is a 4 hp associated from around 1914, the bid shells in the garage on the second video belong to what's outside in the nettles, I hope you get back again mate.

Greetings from Australia Stu. I love the Austin @ 4:30 with hand crank engaged, I'm guessing from styling it is from the early 50s ? but I'm no expert. The other thing that caught my eye is you wear your cap the correct way round, this tells me you know where your heading in life, many other so called celebrity's who wear it backwards don't have a clew wheres up or down back or forward, I think they must be breathing thru their............

not sure if you know but scotland has no tresspassing laws, they have a thing called the scottish outdoor access code, as long as you are sensible you can basically go where you want in the countryside

The MG Metro had roller rockers so it may have a slightly warm engine.
@21.30, it's not a Morris GT, it's official name is Morris 1300 GT, also available as a Austin 1300 GT
God damn that capri that needs saved i think the mg metro is abit steep in price its probably the slave cylinder leaking i think there easy to replace. Maybe a grand max 👍
