The interior is fine as it is! You don't need to have one of the full-fat signed AMG models to enjoy the AMG interior. I rented a 4-door CLA 200 when I visited the UK 3 weeks ago, which was specced with the optional "AMG Packet". This packet includes the stitched alcantara interior, the AMG steering wheel, sportier seats etc. It did not have the carbon interior decoration obviously, but in general it was similar to the CLE 53 tested here. Contrary to what Thomas says, in my opinion the AMG interior felt really nice even in a car with a 1300 cc engine.

As a e550 owner I approve of this beautiful machine. Simply THE BEST OR NOTHING!!
One of the few better cars that Mercedes brought lately
Woowww… Mercedes-Benz is able to offer 4-wheel steering… on a car for under $100,000!! How is that even possible?! It somewhat reminds me of my Honda Prelude Si… I believe that was in 1989(?)… when I was in High School… 35 YEARS ago!!! Cool coupé though. Thanks for the video.
My Acura has it for under 50
Even better! (Acura)
quality is really good had me mesmerised keep it up 🎉❤
14:17 this is perfect
2:02 "I have too" 😂😂 had me dying
3:54 looks exactly like an infinity coupe
I thought the same thing as soon as they showed the back.
fck😂
I couldn’t think of what the back reminded me of. That’s what it is
Can’t unsee it now thanks bro :/
It is fast (for what it is) but it is not sporty. So it is not for enthusiasts. Not a complicated formula to understand. It is great for its target market.
Thnxfor uploading and reviewing CLE ....I picked mine on 14th August
To go against the dominant thinking of your friends, of most of the people you see every day, is perhaps the most difficult act of heroism you can perform.
C63s AMG coupe v8..
E53 AMG coupe ❤❤❤
Yes finally, I have been waiting for this review 🔥
Dont forget the 2 door S Class
@@suk6806i think the SL should be a new s class coupe and the GT can be the sporty one.
The sexiest rear end from mercedes in a while
0:31 their sedan/coupe lineup was a mess though. C-class, c-class coupe, CL class, CLE, cle class coupe, CLS .... Repeat for E, S, and A (RIP) classes. Some of the names also don't match up with the "class" (c, e, s) that the vehicle implies it's based on engineering wise.
Some of the ones you listed never existed at the same time as the others lol. But yeah it's very confusing
Benz is combining/consolidating models. They did the same thing with the AMG GT, the SL, and the S class Coupe - turned them into a single platform.
ah yes, paying E class money to get C class tech and parts, great
It’s beautiful in photos. Then I drove it. Sure it had fast acceleration but it felt heavy and bloated. The slab of a dashboard didn’t help me feel connected with the road. Then I drove the CLA45s. It felt light and nimble and was faster than the CLE53.
Just look at how absurdly high that bonnet is... why are there no more elegant and lithe looking cars?!
Is everything now turning into SUVs?
Not just the exterior, the interiors are so gimmicky.
There are pedestrian impact regs in Europe that are pushing bonnets up, the idea being that the pedestrian slides up and over the roof, spreading the energy of the impact.
@@64Alvis Yeah... I can see how that would make sense, but at the same time we have tons of SUVs with bulldozer noses that will just smash your whole body to pulp XD
i love the wide body work.
Idk how any modern screens still look so detached from the car their in
I know with tesla it's an identity and it took a while to adapt
But in 2024 on a full refresh/new model, you can't build a screen cowl? Anything?
It’s a shame that this is one of the better Mercs for sale nowadays
Agreed. The exact years escape me, but I remember when you looked at an AMG badge, and you were guaranteed a strangely refined bonkers hooliganism in a tuxedo, with cutting edge tech. It knew exactly what it was and apologized to no one. It wasn't going to last forever, but it wasn't Chinese-level of unreliability either.
As a sales manager for Volvo. I’d like to see your quick review of the Volvo V60 T8 Polestar Engineered. Ohlins adjustable suspension. Brembo brakes. Plus in hybrid. Combined power 455hp 523 ft lbs tq. You can put it in polestar mode and charge mode and essentially not lose your electric range and have full power all the time. Pretty cool……… for a Volvo lol
Looks like a CLA thats been compressed into a coupe form with mid way level of luxury between c class and e class.
in reality it´s much wider and more grown up than the cla. Insanely beautiful,
@@timonxDlol not much of a fan of modern mercedes styling tbh. Nothing beats the styling of Mercs from the 00s, 90s, 80s, 70s and 60s. They've lost their touch
@@SpeedCafeGarage 00’s? Come on, I’ve had 4 00’s benzes and even I can admit they’re pretty ugly.
@@ginco_bnzand what 4 mercs from the 00's did u have that u consider them ugly?

Haven't seen the review yet but gotta say
