I want to thank you for the video, I did it, the time consuming part was cutting the tube after that it was a piece of cake, also replaced the heater door actuator which is above the fan motor, since I was there and everything was out of the way. There was no way I could of had a shop door it google it and an estimate was between 975 and 1375, my cost was 130 and the time. Thanks again Nm

Fastest way to get this done without cutting the vent with a saws-all is to go ahead and remove the dash, and then loosen the bolts holding the air vent in place. Take a long pry bar through the air bag hole and use the metal bracket for leverage to lift up the vent and you'll have plenty of clearance to do the work.
