I am not a typical fan of "the boil", they just never look appetizing to me. But THIS is the first one I have ever seen that I would order. Looks amazing.
It takes a person who understand what there doing, and know who to cook.food looked great,it’s not where you’re at,or who big of a place you have it’s,all about your food and it’s taste that’s what brings the people back.
I'd love to see Gordon Ramsay arguing with a proud Texan about their restaurant. An intimidating tough southern woman. But a good looking one not the Hollywood derogatory look they've chosen since the 80s.
I will be checking this place out when I get back to the beach ⛱️. I love Surfside and I am glad that I have a place to get awesome Seafood. Thank you for sharing the video!!
Drove by this place twice last weekend twice but couldn't stop. Had to head north back home. But I will be stopping in once I get moved to the area for sure.
The wife and I have been to Freeport 4 or 5 times the last couple of years and we've never seen this place. We will def be eating there the next time we go
Been here twice since crawfish season started. Great tasting food, the big daddy is worth it, the specialty drink is delicious. Only downside was the food took a long time to go from kitchen to table

And since I got lost, I figured I would just go to where my heart always takes me. GALVESTON lol I haven't been to any other beaches. So the next time I go down there I will be going to Freeport. No doubt! 😋

As a 24-carat cajun I am of the belief that if you boil or steam crustaceans correctly, you do not need to add anything on the outside after they come out of the holy water. I do not like the Maryland habit of putting a mess of dry seasoning on the outside of freshly boiled or steamed crabs. This only season your fingers does not add anything to the flavor of the crabs. If it ain’t broke do not try to fix it.
Some people like it on the outside as well as the inside. If you payed attention the water was well seasoned. BTW the rest of the world could care less about the judgmental know it all southern lowzyannans 24 carat opinions. If your state was so great you wouldn’t be working the oil fields of Texas and watching videos about Texas restaurants. I ate at Prejeans in Lafayette after being told the seafood platter was the best in the world, it was close to the worst I ever had. The only good thing out of lowzyanna is I-10 West!!! 😎😎😎
