Even the BBQ chain stores in TX are good. We used to get shredded brisket tacos for breakfast in El Paso. It was a chain, and they had a couple stores in El Paso. We went to the one on the west side, it was on our way to work.

There used to be a BBQ place in Amarillo that opened at 1130 and closed at 230. Sometimes they closed before that if they ran out.

You need to visit Snow's in Lexington Texas.
Place is underrated, Snows is better than places in Austin, if ever in West TX check out Rejino Barbeque in Olton that place is amazing as well.
