I can confirm, this is some of the best food I've ever had and the dude running it is awesome. If you can handle heat you gotta get the Chicken 65 with spicy rice. I'm not joking when I say I'd drive hours just to get that.
The guy is an amazing chef and an amazing businessman and he's also charismatic. And has a great family support system. And now a loyal following. And he started young. What a great story

Spice Station is really lacking, imo. Way better options, if you're looking for Indian food. Their menu is very basic. I wasn't impressed. They'll give you a ton of rice though.
Oh my damn, the spice station is so damn good!! I miss living in Kingsville. It’s peaceful and quiet just the way I like it. It’s a small town where everting is in close proximity. Cheap cost of living. I have access to on post facilities. I can’t wait to move back next Summer. I’m never leaving again. Some may ask, “Why would you wanna go back there? There’s nothing there!” You have to actually go there and experience it. I can’t wait to get back! Kingsville Summer of 24! It’s gonna be a long drive but will be worth it when me and my family get back!
Kingsville is my hometown. It has awesome resturants! Kings Inn, Young's, Harrells, and now this. Can't wait to try it!
I was stationed in Kingsville 81-85 and Youngs was our go to spot.

There's Indian food all around Texas, this place is not good, try Kabob Guys in Mcallen, that's good Indian food, this isn't.
This is absolutely good Indian food and his restaurant being sold out and packed every night he is open proves that.
