Where do I even begin?!? Everything in this video looked so scrumptious!! The fish at the beginning just had my mouth watering. But what I really like about your videos is how you travel all over and the way you treat everyone you encounter is beautiful. So respectful and grateful of the talents of each the individual you encounter. And you always show so much appreciation for the hard work the folks put into making their dishes. You have such a beautiful spirit....your parents did a great job with you. I wish everyone treated other people the way you do. Have a good day.

Mark is making me salivate every episode of Uzbekistan food. People are so kind and friendly that's how we are taught and raised. Our parents taught us to be hospitable and be kind for everyone. I'm from Kazakhstan. We are neighbours with Uzbekistan and "sibling" nations. A lot of people from Uzbekistan come to work to Kazakhstan and Russia due to their low income situation. I definitely can state they are not rich country. But they have a lot of potential.
Uzbek cuisine is one of my favourite foods in all over the world. I lived in England, Germany, China, Australia and travelled few more countries. And I would say, you will never find such an authentic and clean places as in Central Asia.
I wonder if you visited Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan. Its' worth to see. They are all unique and special in their own way.
Keep going with your series! Love it!

Fish did look delicious. I grew up eating carp, both fried and smoked. Most Americans turn their nose up to eating this fish. I have been able to convince some that it is good.
