Asian culture is so over covered by media but yet, almost nothing I knew about Central Asian food. This was far the best host I've seen in this channel. Thanks for this episode.
You think there's too much focus on Asian culture in the mass media? I presume you mean East Asian ... You might be in a different country than me, but I think you would be right to say that East Asia gets more attention in Western media than other parts of Asia. And, certainly, the whole world seems to forget that Central Asia even exists from time to time. But, at least where I live, I find that the media is still incredibly focused on the West. Even East Asia gets minimal attention.

I was in tashkent during sept 2017. I had been there for a Swimming competition. I must say , everyone there are so friendly and so cool. The food is Amazing on next level. Some old buildings screams history. Due to our tight schedule we couldn't hang out much. But i really wish i get an opportunity to visit and explore this beautiful country again in my lifetime. I was born and raised in Uzbekistan (I'm Korean though). In the beginning of the video, you can see a Catholic monastery and Russian Orthodox church. Uzbek people are very peaceful, tolerant, hospitable, and friendly. Even though I live in the U.S. now, I long to visit this beautiful country again. I encourage everyone to visit Uzbekistan and try its cuisine. You will be treated nicely wherever you go in there
