Yes, 90% is in Unreal Engine. I have an idea in mind to interactivity, how it will look etc. I use Houdini to model assets and then bring into Unreal. The rest is all Blueprints programming, Applying Quixel materials, add lighting and post processing!
Probably why you’re doubtful is because nothing you see is rendered by TouchDesigner. I use it as a way to easily get sensor data, process noisy values using CHOPs and send it over to Unreal Engine. The courses are on Patreon, and you can do a 1 time trial to see if you like it or not. The TouchEngine course, you need a paid license, don’t work with non_commercial.
