    Finally a video that actually explains this shit and isn't by some doofus in his garage or a paint salesman.

  • @AJsHotRodsNrepairs
    @AJsHotRodsNrepairs ปีที่แล้ว

    First thing they teach in school, first thing paint manufactures recommend, first thing gun manufacturers recommend, is regulator is for fine tuning, you should have gun and regulator fully open and set off the wall regulator to ensure you don't get psi fluctuation in the hose length. Or you'll get big air purge each time you pull trigger and then it equalizes. Set it off wall regulator and each time you pull trigger there's no big surge before reaching spraying pressure.

      Not saying that to "troll" you out nothing. Just sayen your missed an important part. The rest is all good man, good instructional for people starting out

      I would say practically look at how low you can make the gun go without disturbing the fine pattern . Once it gets to chunky then you have gone to low

    That’s fine for solid colors, but for metallics paint U gotta adjust for metallic patterns so u can throw out all those adjustments if u r spraying metallics, especially if u r matching a metallic color.

    Could you please make a video about pressure and atomization? i.e. lets say you own a gun with no label no spes no manual and you have no clue if its an HVLP-LVMP-conventional etc.what is the proper pressure to set it up?greetings from Greece Gabriel!!

    • @MOTIVATEDPAINTERS
      @MOTIVATEDPAINTERS  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Here is the truth. You need to open everything up and then dial it in as you think it's sprays the best. There is no telling how to set it up
