This video needs more recognition rather than meme material. Fist of the North Star is my top favorite manga and anime of all time. Complex storytelling with characters with ambitions.
A Fist of the North Star TTRPG sounds amazing. I imagine a critical roll would be an instant death depending on the level of the character it's performed on.
I Can already see Jagi as a really good template to create a multi class character. He is proficient in both firearms and martial arts. On the martial arts side he mainly uses Hokuto but also uses a little bit Nanto that he probably picked along the way. Being the leader of a gang raiding party, he has natural intimidation especially with his trusted shotgun, but is not afraid to use a little cloak and dagger when he manipulates Shin by feeding ideas into his head regarding Yuria.

Man, I've been meaning to get into Fist of the North Star out of sheer respect for its status as a classic and from knowing vaguely that it goes hard as fuck, but I didn't know it went THIS hard or had THIS much depth. This world sounds absolutely insane and just the perfect mix of pulp, grimdark and absurdity for my tastes. Much like Garro, you've taken something that I was only passingly interested in and made me crave it being injected directly into my veins! (in fact I wasn't interested in Garro at all - my only contact with it was the FFXIV collab armors and I just didn't like how it looked at all.. though having seen your video I can tell they work in the context of the source material, both thematically and visually)

They could simply be mutated fauna or corrupted humans that through some forbidden arts became savage demon like entities. The forbidden arts may include, for example, eating the flesh of enemies, with every piece of human flesh eaten the martial artist became stronger but also lose part of their humanity and eventually turned into a monster
