Me and wifey wanted something different so I decided to make this… all I can say is 10/10 bro.. she bussin… definitely will be making some chicken wings wit the fellas wit this one lol.
Amazing recipe! Tripled the volume of sauce and threw some mixed veggies in as well in a skillet, then laid it all out on a bed of white rice along with the excess sauce, simply delicious!
The first recipe that I followed exactly and it turned out how it looks on the video and the taste was amazing. Thank you for sharing. You have a new follower my friend!!
Thanks Bro. I added a slice of butter for each thigh toward the end, an turned them a couple of times, spooning the juice over the top. I also threw in some onion powder and celery seed which I really like. The flavors went all the way through the chicken. Talk about a symphony of flavors. Goodness gracious!
Perfect method for cooking chicken thighs. You can marinade (cook) and "glaze" the thighs however you'd like. Tonight (3rd go at this recipe), I marinated in (~3Tbsp) Tony Chachere's, About 2 Tbsp Paprika, and about 1 Tbsp Onion Powder in a generous volume of EVOO for 30 minutes. Fried 3-4 minutes per side in avocado oil, Air Fried for 15 minutes at 410º then dredged back through the original pan. Let sit 10 minutes. Perfect, and no added sugar.
I just made this and it is DELICIOUS!! Mine was a bit different because the chicken I used was skinless, but it was still the best gosh darn chicken I’ve ever had!!! ♾️/10 ❤❤❤
When I was eating meat I would actually use water, salt, vinegar, and fresh squeezed lemon juice and poke holes into my meat. I would let it sit in that solution and rotate it after a while to make sure all parts were submerged at one point. It acts as an astringent. You wouldn't believe how murky the water got and the white film that surfaced on top! You can taste the difference when someone cleans their meat!
Ideal for spreading bacteria lmao, cooking any meat will kill any bacteria, you are literally doing nothing except potentially contaminating your kitchen
Have made these like 4 times already one of my husbands favorite. Perfect with using white rice from the day or two before and making veggie fried rice in the side. Takes like 10 min too
you did something with this here! I did airfryer on 400 and added bourbon to the sauce (cuz i have them habits) but other than that minor change….baybee! addictive.
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 to 2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp to 1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp oregano
Sauce:
1/4 to 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar optional
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 to 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
2 Tbsp Vinegar
Brother lemme tell you something. That is some juicy scrumptious looking chicken. Like on me I'm going to the store now
@@wizardm8549 thank you I can’t wait to hear what you think fam 💯
just gained a new fan!, fantastic !
@@wolverine2948 thank you and welcome I can’t wait to hear what you think 🙏🏾
this sauce looks good specifically the butter
You only have 30 mins "let it marinate for 30 minutes" 😂
I came to comment this exact thing word by word
@@imperil7688😂
Exactly. Cap
when people give times, it’s for the cooking time, not the prep time. it’s disingenuous but that’s how it works
@@nmpoyhe said specifically said "make" not "cook" which implies it would take 30 mins to complete the dish entirely.

No doubt just don’t forget who it came from lol 🙏🏾
@@MosTasting I won't 🥰
First of all, I'm just impressed that you put water salt and vinegar. A lot of people don't use that combination and that combination is ideal.
You need that acidity and salt enhances flavor and the water helps balance and reducing the sauce to the desired consistency 🙏🏾💯💪🏾
