So Virat’s consuming 1500 calories a day and definitely spending way way more than that considering the nature of his profession🧐 he should be extremely skinny by now. So I don’t totally agree with this video. His calories in are definitely are 2500+
Bro i don't think it is the only diet he follows. If you noticed he train hard on the field and off the field (gym weight training) so he requires protein right, and mr.vasu his trainer and nutritionist said in one interview that he aslo take creatine and whey protein so 57 grams of protein doesn't make any sense because it's not even equal to his weight i mean he can't maintain his lean athletic body in this amount of protein ❤️
I don't believe this would be anywhere close to his actual diet, 57 grams of protein is a joke and the work load that guy has training+ net sessions+ matches there is no way in the world he could sustain all of that with this much food.
U wouldn't become Virat Kohli whether u follow his diet fashion or else u still gonna be the same guy so be the best version of ur self , most importantly be u ......& Stop comparing !!!
According to this, Virat just takes 57g of protien?! That cant be true.. I take 41g of protein just in a protien smoothie I make. Virat also holds a decent muscle mass. Is this correct?
From a guy in Paschim Vihar, Virat Kohli became "Virat Kohli" eating Parathas, Dahi, paneer, ghee, rajma, chholey. Quinoa, salad, black coffee, egg white etc etc are just fads.
I am a 40 yr old Marathon runner and I follow this diet. I include tofu and lentils as an extra protein, and plant protein shake as well. I follow a complete vegan diet, as I didn’t know that for milk, the cows are kept pregnant throughout their lives and the male calves killed by starvation the day they are born, so that humans can consume the milk. Same with eggs, the male chicks are killed in the egg industry the day they are born 😞
I prefer black coffee (strong) with two spoons of milk. Also can you suggest me the better whey btw GNC and Muscleblaze/MyProtein? I have never used whey before and doing workout from 6-8 months
For me first drink of the day, first thing i do after waking up is either make adrak chai, or make one or get one cappuccino my way to office. Rest of the its black coffee but first one has to be with milk otherwise it feels empty

I highly doubt this duet to be accurate... just 1500 calories.. not possible for Virat to perform on the field and practice everyday without at least 2500 calories
2000 calories per day is recommonded for sedentary lifestyle without physical workout. Virat kohil daily calorie intake would be more than 2500 calories to have sufficient energry to start with workouts. Otherwise he would have experienced fatigue and dehydration

I am hell sure Virat doesn't follow this diet, he must be weighing at least 70-75 kg and there's no way one could maintain a physique like him with that meagre protein intake. He's definitely not that muscular but looking at his physique I'd hazard a guess that he consumes at least 1.5g/kg body weight of protein in his diet.
@@lukecullins9934 lol he would look like Salman khan if did that with huge muscles and stuff no bro he would be consuming around 100g protein and he also mentioned in an interview that he also consumes protein powder
1500 kcal is decent for maintaining weight (Especially when u r travelling to various Regions, trying to cope up with climates & weathers, Time differences). 1200-1300 kcal people consume for losing weight so, it's okay.
bro that 1200-1300 kcal number is just illlogical for fatloss without knowing your maintenance calorie. calorie deficit should be 20-30% of your maintenance calorie. And not just a specific number. My maintenance calorie was around 2300-2400. I ate around 1900-2000 kcal with decent amount of protein. It helped for me.

If Kohli consumes 1500 cals per day he will soon disappear. For someone his age and height, assuming a body weight of ~70 kg his basal metabolic rate without any exercise requires ~1700 cals/d. With his level of activity on game day his requirement will be ~ 3400 cals and even on a rest day with gym training and net practice his requirement will be in the 2500 -3000 range.
He's talking like HE Interviewed Virat Kohli and made a list. I Dont believe this at all. The fact is that we will never really know truly what Virat Kohli eats, what supplements he takes, what kind of water he drinks, or his salt consumption, his protein powder consumption, the quality of his foods, where they come from. The man is a billionaire- he can eat what he likes and we wont know.
Nahhh no way he is eating 1.5k on daily basis when he is not off the route ...like his training and matches are all JUST RAW CARDIO ...nd as an athlete he carries a good amount of lean muscle it's must be his off day cals or something. No way his protein and cals count will be this low his trainer was also explaining his diet once where he said that he chugs 2 scoops of protein evening and morning Post and pre training
no way, he only eats this much food . He at least have to eat around 3000 calories just to sustain if we see his training routine (technical and weight training).
How can an athlete like Virat Kohli stay on a 1500 kcal diet.. that would even be below his BMR plus he does intense cardio training so he needs at least 2500 kcal to maintain his weight otherwise he will lose his weight..... Can you explain this please
