too quick to dismiss as fail, when mumbai BKC was opened it took 10 years for diamond traders to move from Opera House, But I feel if same Office cud be used for large scale multilayer hydroponic/aquaculture farming, which saudi UAE is also building, it can generate far more jobs and stable revenue then trading diamonds, the west cud block diamond imports for lab grown ones in future for climate change concerns
