Me 2 my son's other caregiver is toxic and I have noticed some traits I used to have when I didn't know what my own codependency even was. Doc snipe's is like a good 12 step meeting or a good church sermon does it hits me where I need it and I always gain this knowledge and wisdom for no money lots of hard work but it doesn't cost me money I do not have. Doc snipe's has given me the tools to actually live my life and not just survive my life.

@@helenhettinger-hayes That's beautiful Helen. I have always found my church homilies to be therapy for my soul as well. As parents we worry that our children are going to have the same traits as we do. I didn't know I was co-dependent until about 9 months ago while I was in narcissistic abuse recovery. I had never even heard of the word co-dependent before I found Lisa Romano's channel. Then I found Doc Snipes and Jerry Miles channels a few months later; which have both taught me a lot of different things about myself and my inner wounds as well. From the day my first child was born I signed up for daily developmental parenting tips and I read them every day until recently. I really believe after watching this video they helped me not pass my co-dependent traits onto my children, which is truly a blessing. Thankfully I found the strength to leave the Nex a year ago and once the toxicity was removed my kids started thriving. Sending you and your children prayers. I pray you continue to heal and be able to move forward in peace as well.🙏🕊️💛
