Thanks for this video. I purchased 2 used 12.2's and one of them was already updated, while the other wasn't. Just make sure you use a data cable and not just a charging one.
Thanks buddy! I'm thinking about getting the k.2 series but there are reports about the speakers turning off. Any issues after updating?? Crazy that we can update speakers now haha
I have seen this issue when speakers are on generators (power cycling speakers usually fixes issue), never on normal mains power. Since updating firmware have not seen the issue (but need more events to say this has resolved the issue).
This just saved my department from moving off QSC production gear. Thank you for the knowledge!
