    Hey man,
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with all of us. I am brand new to the tuning world and feel like I have been trying to drink out of a fire hose for the past couple of months. But it is great. I am learning a lot . I have always been into mantaning my own vehicles but recently rebuilt my 5.3 and after going that deep down into the engine its all that I can think about now. I absolutely love trying to make it go faster. I have had a lot of ups and downs but man I just love it.
On that note I was watching one of your older videos for probably the 50th time and started thinking man. He should do a video on what you should do when you get your tune and files all screwd up. And bass akwards. lol. Thanks again for all your hard work man. Really enjoy all you videos.

We usually use the MAF vs Period to tune the later FORDs.(Mustangs)

Kyle, doesn't 100 lb/hr of air flow correspond to 6.8 lb/hr of fuel at stoich with pure gas (and not 1.47 lb/hr), though?

      Yep! Good catch!

@@GoatRopeGarage No worries at all. Thank you for making these videos, your original tuning series and recent additions are helping me understand these engines a lot more.

Yo Kyle, need a kick start. Recently you were talking about some GM engine change that you casually referred to as Gen6 because of the new change. This had a crazy MAF curve. It went up to a peak and then down into the sweeping curve. Can you recall what that MAF curve is about?

No clue, it was on the C8 platform. Haven't dug back into it to try and figure it out but there are so many moving parts on that tune with the Neural Network.

hey so basically if i get hp tuners that comes with the adapter (sorry can’t remember the word lol) I can access the air/gas data? I bought performance injectors and coils, (comes with copy and paste data so i’m guessing in good to go after it’s pasted into the tuner? lmk guys

I may be more observant than most but that certainly doesn't look like a garage

Anywhere you can throw a tool in frustration with a vehicle I would consider a garage, and with these vehicles an office is certainly one of those places.

What happens if inside your VCM editor your math table is perfectly linear and not exponential shape?
Would this just been a preference from General Motors or have they started tuning these in that way? I guess as I understand mass airflow, and the speed and density of air can’t draw a straight line on a graph.

Yeah my SD customers I have to tune in the heat and just make that sacrifice when it’s cool to have the ecm adjust from a rich standpoint . Plus long term fuel trims are very confused lol as it heats up outside . MAFF ! a thing of beauty. I guess school is back in session ! ABT.

Good afternoon would there be a way where I could get in contact with you to help me too eight 2008 suburban with HP tuners

This is my first attempt at HP tuners. Your videos are very helpful. Thank you. My maybe unrelated but a friend told me this could be a MAF issue. When I start the truck cold or after sitting for over an hour it runs hard but if I park it and restart within a few minutes (not always) but sometimes will run weaker and shift softer for the entire trip. Then resets for the next trip. What causes that? Thank you
