I am having this problem with an s20 plus. I only have 3 attempts left until it resets my data to factory. Very frustrating and annoying since I know my password pattern. That is where I got stuck, it would take me hours to redraw the pattern again and again. Maybe the video would work if you watched it as soon as you realized you forgot your pattern and you would only have to wait minutes, not hours. Update: I ended up doing a simple factory reset with the help of the side buttons. Since my Samsung had been synched with Google and One Drive, my photos, contacts, etc. were all saved. I just had to download my apps again and adjust my general settings.

What about if you lock your phone after so many attempt and now you have to wait 24 hours. Do you still do the same process. I can't factory reset it because I have important information. I have a Samsung 23 Ultra
Bro no need this will not work for s23 ultra, maybe you try to unlock it through your linked Samsung account, that way you won't lose your data

100% work. My phone was locked ...oh la la it is now unlocked with the lock i did in safe mode.

I tried a pattern qithout safe mode. And then i tried the safe mode video of yours and i put another pattern just once ...but it says try sgain in 23 hours😢

Hey i wanted to ask if it would still work if i have to wait hours between the pin/pattern drawing times, the problem is that ive entered the incorrect pin on my phone too many times and now i have to wait around 4 hours to enter it again.
