Can’t lie and sorry for being a party pooper… But I feel that the content lately has been more about the need to destroy than the hobby. Being fueled by unconditional fans with positive replies, no matter what the content. As a dbxl owner I can’t bear to see full speed deliberate head on crashes being disguised as challenges. I would have loved to see more running footage on several locations/soil types. When the finale does happen to be destructive, so be it. Team up with the crew more, not Max. They seem to appreciate the hobby a bit more. Still: never stop your channel. It does rock as a whole!
Most entertaining RC channel for a reason, this guy keeps the parts departments in solid business. I want a 'ya gittin' it now!' t-shirt. Superb kludge job on the engine fitment. That roll cage didn't need any of those crossmembers! Hope the cylinder head is tough
Love your channel. You are the reason I left fpv and am back into rc cars. Just bought a typhon 6s tlr and joined my local rc track club in Daytona Beach, Fl. Thanks for the inspiration. Having sooooo much fun running cars again.
I was watching your video, Nitro RC drifting. I used to build and race go-karts and we had engine seizures at the track. If it was only a piston seized you can use swimming pool acid on a q tip to melt the aluminum from the piston liner. A quick sand with fine paper wham bang you're back in business. Keep it up brov. Luv the content.
Kev, I gotta say you are 90% of the reason i have spent over 15k in the last 3 months on RC cars. I have bought everything you love and some you dont love so much. LOL Gotta say, I LOVE my DBXL-E 2.0 and SBR but thats ONLY because i watched your videos and knew what to do to them before they ever hit the ground with a battery. Thanks Kev for all you do for the community and the great times I get to see with Claire and Ian and Stemp and the whole crew! I really wanna take a holiday over there and come play with y'all for a week! LOL
Yes I can say 20% my dad (who got me my first RC) and 80% Kevin is to blame for a $20k RC collection of over 35 cars and a large portion of my basement dedicated to the hobby.
I find it Kinda sad that people would brag on the Internet about monetary value concerning a hobby, rather than speaking of an experience or developing knowledge. But that's just me, i don't understand how most people need validation through strangers. It's like with my fishing club many people have to post on the group if they have caught and write a pointless story about it I seem to be odd today in the fact I enjoy a higher level of privacy and don't care to try and impress others
@@mastodonseven if I needed some kind of validation, I would've embellished the value of my RC car collection. It's a hobby. We work hard to fund our hobbies. When the conversation moves toward experiences with our hobbies, we will adapt to that topic and speak on it.
Bloody hell Kev. Usually it's the older of a pair of friends that is the bad influence. I think it's the reverse in this case. Oh well, I guess the repair is more content. Amazing that it cleared that bench btw.
Great work Kevin. I enjoyed watching as your mechanical skills are quite good. I have mixed feelings about your risky driving but that's what entertains us. I guess some RC enthusiast don't approve of your challenges. It does kind of get to some people watching who could probably never afford such an awesome rc. It's your car to do what you want and have fun. It's not like you just wrecked a multi million dollar F1. Hopefully you'll get it back up and running for a future video.
Just completely stripped and rebuilt my dbxle... Quickly realised why I mainly build and run 1/10 scale. Its a beast of a model though and I added some aluminium bits for that bling factor. Enjoying the vids mate 👍
How can you hit the bar so centrally... 😂but the car sounds really great, so it's great for bashing but too heavy for the big jumps. Another great video and greetings from Germany!
Once again a cracker of a video mate... In regards to the 3.5mm screws,, I'm a sparky and u can get them in bags of 100 from any electrical wholesalers budd 👍
Good video very short watch like already said and I little lonely person commenting on this video can you give us some tips on some dirt cheap cars like used to do and dirt cheap petrol cars please thank you love your content❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉
@ryansantiago941 wlWhen he was drilling the part, he placed it in a bucket/ tote, to catch the shavings. In the bottom of the tote, he had a piece of wood attached to the bottom. I assume he ran screws up through the bottom into the wood. Then, sticking out of the wood, he added more screws, standing proud, so part could rest against them and keep them from rotating while drilling them.
YOU'RE BACK!!! 7 days without an upload from you, I was beginning to get a bit concerned. 😂😂😂 I thought I was the only one that pressure washed the interior of my 1/1 vehicles.

Agree 😊
Max go home.
You nailed it , all about destroying the RC and getting the views
Agreed, we barely got to see the car run before the "challenge" from the kid that is always destroying Kevs cars.
agree
Kev just casually uploading non rossa content even tho he knows we all want to know how the sausage did on speed run day!!!!
Aye what’s happening with this world record bro?
dude knows how to milk his audience
Good thing you repaired it after that crash. Maybe you shouldn't drive it in a wall. 😅
It's kev 🤷♂️ I'm sure he'll send it to the moon
He didnt run it into a wall. It had a intentional runaway😅

More power! Your channel is one of the main reasons why i have really gotten the rc bug in recent months
Same
Same, bought my first Xmaxx already modifying it.
we need worlds fastest rc car video

I can’t be the only one that wants Kev to review the new Losi Promoto MX dirt bike!
I came straight to the comments to find this comment
Yes. You’re the only one
I want to see that as well as the losi mud truck
LOL that Land Rover clean, valet quality for sure
Love the enthusiasm. Love from down under.
The DBX models are some of my favorite all time RC's 👍🏻
I never really coment on videos but this was a great video.
Power wash the interior of my car?? 🤔 That's a quicker way to do it!!! Thanks Kev for the idea!!! 😂
Remember though, if you have an ev, you have to pressure wash the interior with salty water because it's an electrolyte...
@@billynomates920 Unfortunately not karen enough to have an EV, but heck yeah, why not try it.... 😂😂

Bring the old crew back! Run times lasted longer.
Can't wait for the "sausage speed run"😁
Cool truck. My TMR 37 makes that Taylor 35 look weak. It comfortably pulls 24/50s. Had to put black bone steel gears cause it eats nylon gears.

Henry Hoover the GOAT of vacuums. Found in every workshop and home but never fail
Think the blue one's called George, ennit? 😄
Hey Kevin love ur vids
Its Friday the 7th June, you’ve just finished work. Theres a new kevin talbot video out, life’s good 👌🏻👌🏻
Kevin. If you stop crashing into things that don't move then the cars won't break as much. What are you like? 😆👍
My gas tank leaked also. I used a soldering iron to plastic weld it. Work great no more leaks.
I was really hoping to see this rebuild!👍😁✌️😎
Great day when Kevin posts
I lov jor vidios❤❤❤
The rebuild master. Your friend challenged you but he did not do the same lol
Holy molly. The plastic container to catch the shavings is brilliant
Super cool! Me thinks my HPI Baja V2 would have survived your bashing better.
that young guy always spoils the fun and break your cars...
If you loose your 3.5 mm screw for the servo you are literally screwed 😂😂
I see what you did there, but I think it's supposed to be un-screwed.
Been waiting for you to put a video up for ages😂
Triggers broom comes to mind!
Finally a new Video 🎉❤
I love your videos. I wish I could afford these RC cars they look so fun.
Kev, you should get the Losi bog hog crawler
I really like the car.... then proceeds to barrel it at break-neck (and break-"everything else") speed into an immovable object. 🤣
20 min mark.. Kev is the best reviewer
