Year 2 Day 115 - 2 July 2024 up and down day

bed arrived but there were problems with it. i had to do the communication for it and that exhausted me. they will come back to fix it.
ferdi went to choir i was too exhausted to take him. when he came back he fell again and his face was covered in blood. i freaked. the neighbour helped and checked him. she was amazing. ferdi had more problems the rest of the night and had to help him out of bed in the night. i strained both my arms again. today is going to be a recovery day
