ஆட்டோ டிரைவரிடம் சொல்லி பேக்கரியில் பிரட் வாங்கி, எப்படி வீட்டுக்கு வந்தேன், எப்படி சாப்பிட்டேன், எப்படி மாத்திரை சாப்பிட்டு படுத்தேன் என்று கூட தெரியாது.

இரவு படுக்கும் போது எப்போதும் அந்த பயம் இருக்கும்.
ஏதோ இப்போது இந்த எக்சர்சைஸ் எல்லாம் செய்வதனால் கொஞ்சம் பயம் குறைந்து இருக்கிறது.

The first day I could do only 30 kg deadlift.
Last week I did 70 kg deadlift.
I am sure that I will be lifting 100 kg within one month.
If I put some more discipline in my eating habits, I can develop my body.
