Aloha, Maria and Kai! It's just myself for Christmas, but my menu looks similar to yours! I plan to make your Mama Maria's Meatballs (they're sooo good!) and I always have deviled eggs in my fridge. And I always make stuffed mushrooms, too! I'll make some little sausages in barbecue sauce and shrimp with melted butter for dipping. I'll just graze all day - something that may end up being problematic since I'm not used to that! 😂 I have a NY Strip that I had originally thought I'd eat for for the big day, but think I'll move it up to Christmas Eve dinner and serve it with one of your delicious steak sauces! Not sure which one... I'll make Cauliflower Cheese Soup for lunch. It's been a long time since I had that! Wishing you and Craig and the boys a very Merry Christmas and hope it's the best one so far! Crossing my fingers on the mayo recipe, as I totally love Best Foods mayo. In my deviled eggs, I always add mayo, mustard, crumbled bacon, dill weed, onion and/or garlic powder, and top it with cayenne instead of paprika (not too much, though). I'm with Kai - go for those ribs! Filet or prime rib - I'd happily go with either. You can send Kai to my place anytime at all to help me out! He's such a sweet young man and love that he enjoys the food prep and cooking so much! My son was the same.

Stick blend just the yoke and mustard, I use little pickle juce, imulsify adding the butter until creamy. Then add the white of the egg and blend some more. it makes it not set up hard. Watch Chris cooking Nashville he has a video on it.

That’s a great option for a healthy mayo! I personally think the avocado oil is too strong and takes over the flavor in recipes ❤️

It does harden in the fridge but you can add a few tablespoons of hot beef broth to make it spreadable again :)

It depends on the source and where it is coming from, but the fisher or company is who freezes it before it goes to market🙏
