Although I teach self defense, around using my BB in taekwondo, and BB in Okinawa Goju, and Brazilian jujitsu, my standup foundation is boxing. Got in decent sparring shape but didn't get to spar really cause protocols here prevented it, and didn't box or anything for a while. Fell out of shape. Now, I'm back on it, going 2.5 weeks strong. In the gym, sparring, and loving it.
